GLR future15 Jul 2020 10:40
Morning All, the drop in SP is just a fickle reation of the market and low volumes of trades. The spread is low meaning MM's want this to move in any direction. This is not representative of company value or future value.
In my opinion the RNS is good. if you look at past History of the KCB just look at MOD resources and thier JV of T3 site. They spent 12-15 months JVing and in that period their SP went from 3p to 30p based on the value of their SPs predominantly T3. it was then bought out by sandfire for £160m ish with an estimated value at the time of T3 as nearly double that.
We own PL 2018/040 which is next to CCC's incredibly lucrative zone 5, they have just spent £600m upgradingtheir mine, processing plant and infratructure between the 2, so there it lots of money being pumped into the KCB. why should we not think we cant do the same thing as MOD and Sandfire with our PL040 and CCC purchasing it off us. The money for us is in JVing. the RNS refers to experience from both Sandfire and CCC. this is good! the Mineprophets conference is this weekend where we will find out more. remember CB is still drinking in "the last chance salloon" with everyone, another placement will ruin GLR, in an adversely affective way i take that as some level of confidence there wont be another placement.
