Say they run the zinc first at an average of 20% zinc per ton. Starzinc goes up to 40% of course, but for reserved estimations say av 20%. Then the tailings from the process containing silver and germanium technically become enriched by 20%. So the tailings will actually be more valuable in terms of silver and gernainium than the primary rock......that's good for thought

I can't seem to post the link as on my mobile. But if you look at pages 9 and 10 on the presentation on the glr website. It says

Historical data : up to 150g/t
Got exploration data from the 52 drill holes: up to 105g/t of silver

That will do very nicely!!! With 500,000 tons of rock on Starzinc ......approx £30m of silver at today's prices

Its definitely one to watch, a bit of luck for us and with those numbers certainly too high to ignore.

if the ZN plant is delayed, maybe they could run the silver first. All the Info in on the KCB about copper states silver as well. from a high level logic, if you run copper and take into account silver (like other companies on the KCB), JLP should be set up for that now in Zambia as they are running copper already

given the GLR business plan and CB never "giving" anything away, I would say its a certainty that the price JLP pay per ton of our starzinc rock, not only factors in the current Zinc prices, but also Silver. if Sable refines only zinc in the first instance, they have a silver rich tailing to further process at their convenience. CB will want some of that profit as essentially they would be getting that for free as a by product of the zinc process if not.

not sure LJS, I don't think finding one was an issue. Botswana covid restrictions is reduced to a level to allow prospecting on the KBC, Kavango are able to carry out airbourne surveys if you read up their RNS's. so I imagine it wont be long before a subby can be arranged to do the same for us given CB's intention of an accelerated exploration programme.

I wonder what the JLP crew are thinking of this rise in Zn prices. Could it be that shortly they could make more on zinc per ton than copper. I'm sure that Zn plant will hurry up at that point. All good for our market standard agreement for the rock from Star. Zambia further easing lockdown restrictions........coming together very nicely

to be fair MontM that's why I think things can get a bit quiet on penny stocks at the moment. the unusual COVID scenario is making other bigger companies move just as fast. especially American ones. people expecting high street and travel/airline to bounce back and manufacturing shortly as well etc. directing focus from AIM.

Starzinc is just sat there, fully JV'd next to no up front cost to get the ore out the ground, all we need is a small scale licence and JLP to finish their Zinc circuit and they cant get out of finishing that due to their obligations of cleaning up kabwe. that's your 5p right there. IMO. I consider starzinc the insurance policy. whatever happens in the middle doesn't matter as when that comes online SP will be multiples of today. that's why im personally not too bothered about the "P" word. plus in the unlikely circumstance that GLR gets in real trouble they can sell off Glenover and Ferber and use funds for the front running projects.

in the mean time, JV the PL's in Botswana, next 6 month are hugely exciting

slightly longer term Ka****u comes online that's 5 times bigger than starzinc and even closer to Sable refinery

everything is there its just "when" for me..........that's just mentioning a few things. the road is never smooth hence having a gift like Star in the background and saleable projects like Glenover and Ferber

thanks Oiltap, ill have another look. I turned it off after the initial video ended and that didn't include the Q&A (I watched it after the event).

Quite alot to take in.......especially while painting your bedroom. 50% was background and detail of each project and the other 50% possibilities of future and plans. I'll just state pertinent points assuming we are all up to speed with the background detail up to this point.

Starzinc: still a go for monetisation, operations to start early next year. We are in the hands of JLP and their zinc process build held by covid.

Ka****u: exploration to re commence. Apolegies can't remember the exact detail but expect to take 2 years of something that size to become operational....nothing we didn't know already and as expected but the potential of that place is massive as discussed in detail between them

Glenover: said he would expect news withing 3 months. Spitballed possibilities at the end regarding raising funds and a final sale could be 6-12 months. The money then used to jv Ferber in America

Ferber (america):talks about only 47k a year to hold it so doesn't want to give it away without jv and understanding full value, but can't take that on just yet at risk or spreading too thin. There is interest in buyers already tho. Possibilities could be sell on or joint venture into production

Kcb: intensive exploration to start immediately, geology analysis of varying types, drilling around September. Made a huge point of how quick this is going to move. He's throwing pretty much everything at it

Altho the above summary may not be all bells and whistles the interview definitely 're ignites excitement over what is to come in the next couple of months for GLR. CB is very knowledgeable I'll give him that. The background and economical insight he gives and how/why he had gone for the opportunities he has (that I haven't wrote about above) is definitely worth paying the £2.99 and having a listen.
