Excellent work MinorMiner. Thanks for sharing. It's been taking me a while to digest all the info on Botswana but it's definitely worth learning it to see potential affects on sp and timeframes.

Has anyone tried to put an NPV on Botswana? I keep getting silly money over a billion £ for just zone 5 alone. The contract for the seller states that it gets 1.5% of net melter revenue which GLR can buy back at $500k per 0.5%. So 1% is $1m,so 100% of all is $100m minimum. However why give away your profits to an old land owner who hasn't contributed at all to the lead up to making and producing revenue..so $100m must be literally "bare bones minimum".

iv said this before, but I use GG*p as a peer comparison and we are following the exact same path. initial re rate up based on NPV, stall and slide back 20%, back up again on its own with no news to make it go either way so MM games. news of warranties and shares coming into market, SP falls slightly, few days later back up again on its own, bobbles along for a week or 2, excellent news of what they have in the ground.....shares fall slightly as people sell on good news (see duration feb to march). few days later SP recovers on its own, more good end of march ............. and lift off. we are further ahead than them as well as they are still exploring, we know what we have at stazinc and our asset is 5 times our MCap minimum, before their lift off theirs was 3.

Digesting this RNS today, i really can't see how this can be considered a bad thing
1) we were made aware on 7 May it was happening so should be no surprise good or bad that we are recieving more info.
2)GLR have had it's previous warranties exercised now which is a huge tick in the box for releasing future drag on SP 're rate and a previously un known is now known
3)GLR now have all the licences and 100% control of the new site in Botswana further strengthening it's portfolio
4) we can see in the deal GLR have negotiated with the seller that they will receive 1.5% of the net royalties and have a buy back option of 500k cash per 0.5%.......this gives us an in site into CB's thinking of the type of contract he wants to strike with a sell of Glenover and obtaining some future revenue from its rare earths
Today's reaction......what does 38m extra shares mean to the current shareholders. Essentially on the offset, fear of the unknown hence sells. They were awarded at the 200 day average price 0.42p and they are now worth approx double. Fear of them all being sold and sp drop? iv seen posts today about "dilution" also. So the finer detail. Come 30th may the shares become active. What's worst case scenario? They are sold? The terms of the contract only allow 25% to be sold immediately. See RNS 7th may. That's hardly going to have a negative impact and if it does that's 1 negative day.....whoever said trading has all good days?. Then another 50% become available to sell 6 months after. This ensures the shares are washed in slowly. For me this means the extra shares are nothing to worry about. 25% is only 9m shares. Some people on this BB own that much. Small numbers in the overall grand scheme and if they are sold they will be bought so there's no issue.
The Mms also had a tree shake which worked fantastically.

this happened on the last 2 bits of news before this. just the market figuring out how what they make of todays news's happens all over AIM. unless its black and white good news different people have different opinions so causes a stir. A day or 2 to let the dust settle and then back on the up as company is undervalued and its credentials are still the same if not even better now. the MM's also wanting to free up shares too

1)paying more for shares to encourage sells
2)encourage buying as you can sell out immediately without fear of loss

following the same trend as our previous 100% rise. 5:1 this morning and 21% up, lets have a finish around 2:1 buys vs sells and stay 10% up. approx. then continue with the same trend in the coming days to help achieve the same fantastic results we have already had in the last few weeks

lets have a nice round 1p to finish the day and make sure we close those gates behind us
