that would be fantastic if we could re create that. we are certainly equipped to do so with our PL's on the KCB. what that article doesnt say, is that MOD started off at $0.03 and in 18months raised to $0.3 in 18months on its own, by exploring and JV ing its PL's on the KCB, before being bought out by sandfire. so it 10 bagged, ten sold every share after that for 50% more...........COME ON GLR!!, lets get this chopper survey back and start our own 10 bag journey

Me too! What CB is doing over at XTR is amazing. Their sp jumped 60% in the new drill results on Friday.

Reading the JLP message board he seems to have sold all his shares in JLP. Hopefully to come off the board and concentrate on his own companies before setting them up for his retirement

Sorry Billy, thats an extreme scenario. It never happens, but theoretically yes. People sell on good news at various points in the rise creating more shares to buy immediately, MM's let the sp move more easily to make the jump more prominent initially. Theres lots of things to counter ppl just holding. But to answer your first question the MM's don't make money if the share is stagnant, nor do they have a good chance of making money of it is too volatile. A regular rise and fall of an attractive % can make "holders" turn to traders etc etc. U can't have long term holders without short term traders its all part of the process. Especially on AIM

Billy, there's no reason, its just MM's churning things up abit, you can't have a stagnant share. They will be testing limits so see what provokes activity. I.e walk it down until there are buys or let it go up until there are profit takers. This used to fluctuate between 0.75 and 1p regularly. At this level they will be sounding out the new limits. When everyone is holding stock like this one waiting for imminant good news it can cause the share to stagnate. When good news lands of there's no shares to buy then nothing will happen. Its all part of the process

Looking forward to that RNS Sumo. The latest RNS's are an unfortunate part of the journey. The stock has already been issued and at the time affected the SP. The latest RNS's are reminders they are coming to market, so shouldn't really affect us

Glenover could be our dark horse here. The way the global race is going to aquire rare earth assets by the west so the reliance is no longer on china, there could just be a straight up buyer making a bid. Everyone is concentrating on copper, zinc, nickel etc for impending "battery boom", but those batteries will be powering motors, and motors need magnets and for strong magnets you need........rare earths.

Its good to see more and more companies exploring and JVing. Especially foreign ones. The more publicity on the kcb the better it is for all

Its just market apprehension about the placing shares coming to market tomorrow. 5m that the directors gave themselves. Basically nothing will happen as they will all hold them knowing that bigger things are coming. CB himself got the lions share and iv never known him sell anything. Should be some big after market figures quoted tomorrow when the shares drop in, then we will continue our rise when people realise its nothing to be concerned over. The sp was affected Oct 19 regarding these so won't affect it again now

There was a big 65k buy not so long ago and shortly after we shot up to current levels from just above 1p. More big trades starting to appear as seen. A steady trajectory up like we have had starts to get alot of people's attention.......follow the money. GLA

When the SZ liscence lands....see below screenshot of the mining cadastre in Zambia. The area for starzinc has been removed from the overall explorationiscence ready to update with the small scale mining liscence

This obviously unlocks the full value of the zinc and silver in the ground roughly calculated to be worth $70-$80m (feel free to search on my old posts earlier in the year to show this, I think oiltap also posted some good calcs)

So where the sp goes is anyones guess with a current market cap of $14m. I personally on the drop of the SZ liscence alone am looking for multiples of todays sp.

After that we have news on the KCB survey also. MOD resources 10 bagged in 2016 over a period of 18months on the kcb as they owned the PL which is now Sandfires T3 (they bought out MOD)

As far as share options its about as minor as you can get. They were created last year so washed into the SP back then, Also created for SQEP retention and incentivisation for the board and other key workers in GLR. It is unlike they will sell any in march (providing SP is above 1.85....which it should be) when they are able. They will be worth far more in the future so would make no sense to sell now or as soon as they are able

Were certainly having a good crack at 1.8. Plenty of "buy"trades chipping away at it. Eventually the scales will tip over

I was literally about to say that. 1.8 is our next hurdle, then an easy tick up to 2p from there

I never picked that up Westlad, the original plan before Zopco was to send it all to JLP to process (even if they didn't need it all for the kabwe tailings), making me think unless ZopCo can give a better deal than JLP for the surplus it was an either or scenario. However I'm not saying I'm right either, that is definitely another option to split between the 2. Happy to have both options, the more the better for us :-)

Speaking of JLP, they should release their half year report this month and in that will be a progress update on the zinc refinery commissioning which is our easiest route home to revenue.
