If you're not a chartist, then 3.55p is 50% of $60m Mcap.......$60m of course is the minimum revenue the Starzinc Liscence opens up for us....due imminently

50% minimum is my prediction of what the company will re rate up to.....afterall, when the liscence lands its still a bagger for those topping up and investing at 3.55p as I believe the sp will go to 7p+ on that news.

The above is my own opinion, of course based on assumptions. Iv done NPV calcs in the past, anticipated P/E ratio calcs in the past on my post history, but it boils down and simplified (for me at least) to what iv written above.

Looks like the Zambian MM have been busy, adding 15% to the countries national debt they are already defaulting on by buying Glencores stake in Mopani mine for $1.5b.

You can understand why maybe our SZ liscence hasn't been top of their agenda. Hopefully now the transaction is done the Ministry can now concentrate on their other obligations like pushing our liscence over the line.

Iv managed to change the map settings on the mining cadestre so show satelite imagery and also noticed the map coordinates of the artisanal mining liscence application is displayed.

Iv cross referenced this with the SZ JORC which displays SZ aerial view and map co-ords and they are the same

The Artisanal mining liscence is 100% the SZ liscence

Hi Ella, if you mean you can't find a liscence app after 25/11/20, there's one to the east 25/11/20.apologies if iv miss understood.

This is holding really well at this level. Solidifying a good foundation for the next push up. In the past its had a behaviour that fluctuates up and down. The fact it isn't means incredible support. That certainly gives me confidence we have more yet to come in the re rate upwards in anticipation of the SZ liscence and the KCB survey results.....maybe even Glenover test sample results

Last Thursday and Friday we were evens at the end of the day, Monday we were up 20%.

Let's hope we can re create that or better :-)

I might be a dog with a bone on this one, but iv found our little artisan man. He's a mining manager in zambia "black mountain" kitwe. Or was in 2018

It seems the set up in zambia for small scale mining like on black mountain in Kitwe uses gangs of local artisans for the operations under the umbrella of the owner of the land.

Side note there is a large rights movement jnto getting coal earners shares in mines rather than then being used as a cheap contract labour source.

Shows that SZ does fit into an artisanal mining boundary in terms of physical size.

Mr chelelwa is a mining manager
the example of "black Mountain" using gangs of locals to do the labour means GLR could be doing the same
CB himself said he would contract a local firm with minimal capex to do the work

I believe the liscence on the cadastre is for SZ

Other than scratching my itch the above could mean nothing without the formal RNS saying so of application, but for me personally I'm convinced the liscence has been applied for like CB says and its pending and shown on the cadastre

The liscence won't be far off. He's spoke about it enough in interviews and emails. I put my trust in that personally, altho I can understand others want concrete evidence via RNS

Arrangement Agreed to Secure Title to Star Zinc and Ka****u Licences

 

Galileo is pleased to announce that it has agreed with BMR Group plc (BMR) an optimal arrangement ("Arrangement ") for executing the conditions in the Binding Heads of Terms (announced 13 September 2018) with BMR's Mauritian subsidiary, Enviro Mining Limited (EML), in connection with title to the licences for the Company's Star Zinc and Ka****u zinc projects in Zambia.

 

The Arrangement involves Galileo assuming the rights to EML and its wholly-owned Zambian subsidiaries, with the exception of the Kabwe small scale mining licence 7083-HQ-SML and associated rights to property and plant held by Jubilee Group Metals in relation to their Integrated Kabwe Project. The Arrangement will be for nil consideration since the Company has already earned-in the rights to the Star Zinc and Ka****u projects.

Hi Ella. I'm.not sure how the admin side of things works in the cadastre. It could be the original applicant is what is displayed. But as Oiltap says we fully own that exploration liscence it was transfered to us in stages. This can be seen via RNS. As for a specific statement via RNS that says the liscence has been applied for, I don't think there is one. The closest I know of is an RNS of money raising and the funds were put towards an environmental impact assessment, this forms part of the application process.

Thats a huge subject Billy. It might be best to read XTR RNS's regarding their drill results and then compare that to where we are in the process with KCB PL's

Kavango would be a better peer comparison at the moment

To be fair thats the best way with the RNS's. Its good to try and pre empt any official news and get ahead of the game. Maybe emailing the church across the road in Q2 and ask them.if the diggers have arrived yet ;-)

Its been good convo tonight. Thats why I think we have one of the best BB's. Some constructive debate etc. Its made me re visit old notes and brush up and its obviously good to share and recieve info. Alot of other BB's you would find the way we've spoke tonight would turn to arguments.
