Welcome italian. Dont get why wait for FDA approval for launch in other markets, seens daft considering the amount of interest, sales and aupply demand data would of benefited their balance sheet, their product awareness and given them a good idea as to how to stock the US ahead of their launch. Unless, its a patent issue or fear of competition copying or needing all major markets approval to look attractive for a major pharma to buy it all and take it forward for them.
