At present Lloy is not listening to rumourville’ and the SP seems to be shrugging off all the negative news that is doing the rounds, and there is plenty about.

So whilst Lloy sp had gained ground it’s not a given this will continue. I did have target price of just over a £ by late Dec early Jan but the biggest hurdle is the Budget…..and from the sound of the jungle drums it’s not good.

“priced in” is a bit premature , and it remains to be seen if Lloyds can shake off negative news and it all hinges significantly on the Autumn Budget. If a large, unexpected tax is imposed, this could trigger a sharp decline in the Lloyds share price...
