All we can do is wait, what will be will be, little we can do about it. Chances are we have lost but you never know, and time scales??? How long is a piece of string? Personally I've written it off but I still have some hope for a decent outcome, stranger things have happened.

Know what you mean. Going to be working hard to make my cash back now. Still can't believe what happened on the day I was selling as it went bang, got offered a price, refreshed it cos I always do it twice and take second offer which was when it said unavailable...maybe won't follow that superstition again

Loads of us have lost today mate. I only put a grand in but a lot for me, quickest grand I lost, wishing had pressed that sell but when I had the chance feeling gutted. Here's hoping for a miracle

If the share price is very volatile wouldn't it be normal to temp suspend so they can calculate a value for the shares in company during the negotiations?

meant 500% times the 100 pennies in a pound gives 50,000%, then divide by exchange rate say 1.26 gives 39,683% rise due to the changes

I reckon as a very rough calc, Its 5 to 1 consolidation, and change from euro to pennies. I reckon all being equal 5 to 1 gives 500% rise, 500% times by 100 pennies in a £ gives 500000%, divide by exchange rate of 1.26 gives 39,683% rise

Reckon this would make a great long term regular saver if you want to buy cheap over a long period and are not bothered when the rise will come, as its been at historically very low prices for quite a while now and probably for quite sometime to come. However with future energy use around the world moving away from hydrocarbons nuclear will grow significantly in the future. Wind and solar arent guarenteed to provide enough energy, tidal schemes could be dependable, but something is needed that is dependable and can supply huge amounts of power. I believe nuclear is the answer and many countries are building new nuclear power stations. It will take many years but as more and more of these power stations come on stream I see the demand for uranium increasing dramatically. Also in the nearer term Japans nuclear industry should recover and go on to expand, still hasnt fully revovered from the Fukushima incident. GCL could then rise dramatically back to its higher levels of the past.
