Agree with an earlier comment that we have been spoilt with great results recently. This is all process of defining what we have, there will be great results, and not so great results. IMO to be expected. All part of the process.

Firstly what a fantastic win for Nobby. I think that was the best result possible for this country!

Now Lumina offer, I have been a holder for many years, will it go thru? Is it not similar to Solaris? , also hold them. although I believe Solaris are now in process of relocating to Switzerland? Both Canadian based, working in Ecuador, with offers of TOs from China based cos. If it does go through could I ask what are my options ?to those of you who are far more knowledgable than me. I hold all my shares in self trade SIPP and ISA. I have never had an all cash offer TO. Do I need to do anything? or if it goes through is it all automatic through broker? Offer price is paid, this amount then goes into the SIPP cash account, and then Lumina shares are delisted? Forgive my lack of knowledge of this situation, but surely a nice problem to have?

Thought that was good interview. Informative and very honest I thought as to there are many options and depends on results , info etc will depend where this co goes, I like that optionality ! I have always liked his honesty, humility and even naeivity. How many times did he say by luck we did this and that? I dont believe what has happened in last year was luck! Also great RNS today. Shows a lot of confidence from instis !
