I am about to vote no, through my brokers. I would appreciate clarification of exactly how to word it, before I do it. Obviously I state date, time, address of EGM, stock details, ISIN etc? Then I request they vote by proxy on my behalf? This is the bit I am unsure of wording, I state my voting choice of no ( against all proposals, points, resolutions, special resolution ) ??? Assistance will be much appreciated.

Wow my head is thumping after wading through that SoA. Am I right in thinking the EGM is 23rd Feb at 10.15. ? and there will be only 1 special resolution to vote on? ie a sale at 28p. Confirmation would be much appreciated so I can sort out my no vote with my broker

The CEO and BOD are either playing a blinder or being played? The chinese may get it because of the history and debt between the two countries? An already successfull company in Ecuador may come in ie Lundin? A US backed copper player may show their hand ie Freeport? Evening all. A bit surprised by another low ball offer. Even more shocked that the bod would even consider it! And most shocked by NM apparently showing support if that bid is formalised. When would it be voted on ? At AGM or would they need to call an EGM ? They absolutely would not get my vote! Not a fair value however you look at the numbers.
