Robert
what you believe is irrelevant
ever heard the phrase "hope for the best, plan for the worst"?
I don't think I've ever said I hope this goes down the pan, I've only ever said it might
that is what is gnawing at ppl, they don't want to believe there is any chance of this going wrong
I've wavered at times but my general message is the potential upside outweighs the potential downside
I've also wished holders good luck, and hope for the best for them all, despite the unpleasantness sent my way
Seeing JTMacs has finally figured out how to filter ppl, why don't you do the same?
Well at least JT's last post wasn't factually incorrect
Useless though, like most of his posts
Aubery,
I *did* just report JTMacs for defamation - I see they have removed the thread - so they agreed with me
For full disclosure I also reported Deano for his abusive comemnts....
GLG
I sold all but 250K shares in December
I am holding EUA shares
I am a balanced poster
I am content with that volume of shares I currently hold, because, as (almost) everyone has pointed out there is potentially a very large upside (let's say £2 per share) compared with a limited downside (let's say realistically 20p a share)
I call out blatant ramping, bullying and factually incorrect posts
I used to report all abusive, aggressive, bullying and foul-language posts, but gave up about two months ago
GLG,
I *did* buy in 2019, Jez the Fez was talking about it on Sound Energy board, he was over the moon because he'd bought in at around 1p and sold at 2p. I bought a tad after that...
Kira,
OK sorry for the deramp!
Yes the sino money is for paying out to loyal shareholders so we can all but cars and houses...
...oh, and tax
TBTT,
What are you talking about?
The sale is nailed-on at £1 per share plus by end of June
Have you learned nothing from this board????
kira,
I *thought* that notion had been kicked into touch - the Sinosteel money was to build mines and such, not just pay out to shareholders....
Pepsicle
It is worth researching
You will realize a lot of ppl posting on this board haven't a clue when they talk about the auctions, UT and DMA, and then you will realize those same ppl haven't a clue full stop
This is probably simplistic but here is my synopsis of the process, that I might write in a Course introduction or Glossary
So the auctions, particularly the closing auction are a means of multiple parties bidding and offering different volumes at different prices. A matching algorithm determines a single price that maximizes the traded volume, and all orders that match that price are filled, both buys and sells. The resultant single trade is the Uncrossing Trade (UT), the price of it sets the Closing, EoD, price
Contrary to the Boy's Own Annual the UT trade is the most important trade of the day, and the price of it is the most important price, unless you are an intraday trader
It is true that the Closing price isn't really comparable to intraday trade prices, or mid spread, so best to ignore any figures that show the Change on Day as that difference
Pepsicle,
Rather than listen to someone whose information seems to come from the Boys' Own Annual of Seafaring why not see for yourself what really happens in the closing auction and the uncrossing:

Stej,
My bad, you've already replied
BTW, experience shows if the issue is at 0.9 then the share price drops to 0.9
Probably a good time to buy
Stej,
Yes, that looks right. Interestingly Stonk says not and got two u picks....
Stonk,
So you don't think the additional 100 has any impact on the mcap?
"What exactly are DMAs?"
"They buy outside the exchange "
I imagine that's news to the London Stock Exchange

SK,
Yeah, pretty good, like I said got lucky with EUA, so just investing moderate amounts now, a few long shot miners and BP/Shell
DBNO,
Isn't 0.1p fair value?
Surely it will overshoot to 0.05p - that might be time to buy for a potential one-bagger....
Sauer Kraut!!!
How are you?
yuyu,
totally agree
I have the dubious privilege of having owned Sound Energy and Hurricane Energy
Everyone vilified JP after Sound Energy went belly up - but he'd always said he was going for the high risk big results. It didn't come off, he probably thought it would, but he couldn't have known
Trice on the other hand was not only arrogant but incompetent - he was apparently the only man NOT to make a Basement play work, we kept being told that Basement was tried and tested
I'm sort of expecting the same thing at Euarasia, the difference being I (luckily) sold most more or less at the top....
Aubery,
Nice to see you here
Makes a change from the madhouse
JK, Sharkbiscuit
Good call, but there are quite a few posters on here with a LOT more knowledge than the FOOL
