what P/E ratio would this trade on? If there is room for substantial growth, then the P/E ratio may well be high... but what? does 20 or 30 ring true for you? If so, what profit could we make (after expenses)?? Turnover is only part of the picture...but nonetheless helps especially with the greater margins.. Assuming a P/E ratio of 20 and profit of �1M gives a price of 7.8p 500k profit = 3.9p Nevertheless, what I'm trying to prove is there should be a good safety margin for anyone investing now

Draft, Good post (as always) To be honest, even if the industrial group extended the NDA, because they wanted to keep the agreement confidential (for various reasons), I don't mind... At the end of the day, the share price will rise as business improves... It will just take a bit longer... Good times ahead I'm sure.. Looking forward to our products being rolled out on the electric motorcycles by the end of the year too

So my trade not showing again!!! Now over 500,000 shares... will continue to top up from time to time... A few things that I like in this company - Revenue growing and now the customer base is changing from small companies in the developing world to blue chip companies in Europe/America - The above point means higher margins and companies paying us on time!!! this has been a big problem for us in the past with the companies we have been dealing with, thus improving cash flow (the lifeline of companies) - I have mentioned it in the past, but the father/son working in the company is a big plus for me - Owners have a history of developing a company and selling it - If this company becomes profitable, easily a takeover target - Mr Hartmann (the chief technical officer) stated on linked-in that he was extremely excited for 2018.. (in one of his posts)...Obviously he cannot give details but the general sentiment from the company is very bullish GLA .

It may not mean anything at all but this is the earliest AGM they have ever held.. Like I said, it is probably nothing but I can’t help but notice.

I see the discussion on raising funds.. So what? If they need funds for working capital because they have won a massive contract (for example the UN contract) , then who gives a shit. The likelihood is the share price will be higher anyway on announcement of a large contract win. And any funds raised will be based on a higher share price. It’s a very short term view if you are concerned about raising funds. As Mr Hartmann explained- there are several companies operating in this segment and altogether they only account for 10 percent of the potential market!! Massive scope for growth and consolidation in my view. You continue to take the short term view. I’ll stick to the long term view and make some serious £££ in the process..

The thing with recurring revenue is it's virtually 100% margin... The recurring revenue should increase exponentially I feel given the number of units that will be connected going forwards...and should cover the normal operational expenses... it's actually quite a good model.. Sure, all companies go through growing pains... but this one def feels like it is run by people who care about the business... I'll repeat that again... "run by people who care about the business" It is often said, when you invest in a company, you are actually investing in the people who run the business... I have no fears about investing in the people running this company... Personally I feel as it starts generating profit, it'll be swooped on.../taken over... Hoping to build my stake significantly once my funds come in (hopefully by May/June time)

Could it not be a huge amount of trades lumped together? All trades bought at 2.7p ?? For example I bought this morning at 2.7p but it did not show. I bet it’s included in the £65k buy though.

So based on the info at hand, Contguard has plans to expand...the investment will allow this. Naturally then, as Contguard expands, more orders placed , meaning more money for Starcom including recurring revenue (I love recurring revenue as it involves minimal effort) So plenty of good news to look forward to. People underestimate the effort and expertise it took to get to the final two (of originally 15 companies) for the pilot project. This pilot project was completed in 3 different continents!! Good times ahead!

The fact that they are down to the last two companies out of 15, and most of the competitors were bigger companies tells me that this company is well run by people who CARE about it... that’s what I want as an investor!!! Even if this opportunity goes, others will come. The market cap is a joke!! I’ll be topping up for sure

Draft - I always try to go to AGMs in the companies I invest in (I normally invest in small companies)..I feel you get a much better feel for the company. Unfortunately I’m out of the country when the AGM is held. I’d really appreciate your feedback if you would be so kind. Thanks

Well, The reason I invested is I believe the market cap is way too low. You have investors/speculators piling into oil companies that have a probability of success for drilling a well of 20% , .... 25% is you're lucky....Whereas apart from all the other projects starcom has going on, the UN contract is between Starcom and one other company... whilst it is in no way guaranteed that they win the contract, the probability is still at 50%... far better odds in my mind...and it's not like it is relying on the UN contract.. plenty of other areas however that would be the icing on the cake...

Absolutely agree with you draft. The founders built a previous business and sold it for 100 million dollars. They have a track record. Also just as important there is a father and son working in the company in important positions working day and night to make a success of this. I’m sure it will happen and we will reap the rewards too

The pilot has now been completed successfully and we are waiting for the final results of the tender. Watchlock Our current pipeline of sales opportunities includes one large potential deal for Watchlock.
