what,, the sp discourages bonds holders???? what are you on about. the bond holders get the juice on the bond and them redemption in cash. how are they sitting on a loss? The way HUR are generating ch at present they probably will hve the cash to pay the bondholders off. I would prefer if they pronto side a side track and started to generate more revenue and raised the reserves then rolled over the bond debt
