having been a shareholder in Prtac many years ago i have just been catching up on arcm.... seems to me that they are adept in improving assets and selling them on at present they have two transaction done this year with stage payment bringing in $80 miil so with a market cap not much more then the assets are rock solid behind it and they will hav plenty of cash to improve the assets they have... looks good here. Havent bought yet but will do some more research tomorrow

they have no money, they will need to raise some money and this will be a dilution of biblical proportions given the share price... this is a George Roach retirement fund nothing else. its worthless

so RRR are doing the rounds with webenairs etc, and have published results showing they made a huge profit, conveniently to coincide with this pitching round... all he has done is write back the historical impairments to make the P&L look good... but its all smoke and mirror anyone can write back impairements. question is are they legitement?? I think not..

value gao, this company in the last 10 years has had 14 different projects that all were talked up and looked great on the prospectus sheet but were ALL written down to zero... for value gap read markets utter skepisicm in Bell's total fantasy statements in the past.. no one in the city believes the carpetbagger anymore

I agree, this is at the same price as when oil was $40 and production was 30% less. I know that sdx produce gas but gas prices have been rising too. this is cheap as chips now

so the biggest objection for this drill is that BPC are a small company with no eperience of dealing with large offshore projects.... no problem. prove there is a shed load of oil down there and sell to the likes of Anadarko for a few hundred million and move on... thats my hope anyways.

yeh in 4 years he has generated zero revenue streams. but overheads are getting towards £10 mill per year.... must be able to tell a good story but running a business NO... he needs to go. and soon buying napster was the last straw , you need monetise at some point ad talking of streams views etc is all good but if napster was already breaking balls then it wouldnt have been for sale. rudderless gravey train

I dont think there is a problem at all, these guys are generating a load of cash that was my point.. and PEEL Hunt just issued a new buy note riasing their target to 35p from 30p I'm more in the 75p range longer term. I am hoping 30p by end of February when we get an update of the next amazon shipment and an uplift in production again., looking for 12 bopd by then

looking at the numbers 10500 bopd with a gross revenues of $30 per barrel.. so thats $315,000 per DAY income or $113.5 mill a year.... nett cash flow on tis must be around $40 mill. why the need for money
also in the RNS dated only 4 says ago they said that the contingent liability was onLy $2.7 MILL... NOW ITS $16.6 MILLION..

has taken £1,100,000 in salary in the last 3 years with no real experience of running a company and have had 3 year as a sound engineer.. this is farcical ,, take about taking the p155 out of investors

last year revenues £200,000 directors salaries £1,000,000. this is not right on any level. people who start company up should be taking zero salary zero until there is meaningful revenues..... by all means give them nice stock options tied to performance but this is just a lifestyle company taking money from shareholders and producing nothing but avocado sandwiches for boardroom meetings

this is going to do GGP this year....
