I do not get your drift. The fact is that there is no share trade and the reason is that there is no news. I conjecture what Wither is up to - is he close to signing with another Japanese camera company which is what he appeared to be hinting at or are we due a further USA or satellite of USA military deal.? If neither do we need a change of helmsman or sale of the Intellectual Property to a bigger player?

I also agree with GedW. The product is said to be good. With the expected major growth of GPS to which GedW refers it is now up to Wither to secure some meaningful contracts outside the sphere of the military and get this come not just to break even but into profit. If he cannot then two possibilities. First change of personel at the helm. Second look for a white knight with deep pockets who will acquire the company, its IP and existing contracts and nurture the product further.

Like most mortals I am not infallible but......................at year end (30.09.10) BT Pension Fund had 24,205,334 shres or 6%. As far as I can see from looking at the holdings on advfn from the year end to and after the December announcement of an equity issue there was no announcement from BT Pension Fund lifting their interest over 6%. So unless someone forgot to report to the market how did they get to over 30 million in order to reduce as at 30.05.11? Maybe riddler has a point.

I noticed that after the close yesterday. It was not on advfn for yesterday's trades and it took me time to realise that it was a 20 May trade and not a purchase yesterday morning. I looked on advfn again before I left home for work when I realised my mistake. If you are a subscriber to advfn you will find it on the correct day (20.05) as neither a buy or a sale. However following the optimistic rns of 20.05 it could be either. In any event there had to be someone prepared to acquire that stock and someone who wished to sell. The trade is marked as a "Y" trade. I have done some research to try and understand what a "Y" trade means but so far without success.

What you have is a holder who is quite possibly one of the December placees who was in for the short term expecting a quick buck from his 1.25 pence placing price and it hasn't quite worked out in the stagging way he had hoped. There may be another who let his shares go. There is no doubt that the company carries baggage. It listed ahead of when it should. Its product was ahead of what the market would pay forat the time and for a while since. The mere fact that agents for the USA military are now buying the product for use in military activities speaks imo volumes as to the worth of the antennae - viz accuracy. Other companies are now finding that users of products containg antennae require the extra accuracy that Sarantel product can provide. EG GPS cameras. A great deal of money has been poured into the IP ( the board say £40 million or 10 pence per share) Look at the new website, the distributors and the two offices in USA and Japan. Sarantel could have a great future. Needs fund but could break even in Half 2 (now in it) and in 2012 go into profit imo.

I have no information than is or has been available to shareholders. There is a prospective fund raising which was announced by the company in an rns which I may be interested in. I have quite a few shares and I too will still be posting.

Yes. I googled thenm shortly after the RNS was released. 2nd quarter's turnover nigh opn $4 bullion and net income almost $1 bullion. It started with half a dozen science guys in 1985. Thx for the exchange. Then in response, time for Seymour Pierce, as the company's brokers, to earn their money and take out the seller with a a cross purchaser. Balance the book and there might be stability to enable a decent placing. But that doea not remove the problem that Wither is burning money at a faster rate than mid 2010. That has to stop.
