Usually a buyer and a seller unless it is a transfer.
Thank you Sir. Have a good day.
fulmar - your posts are normally easy and clear to read. This one unfortunately not so. Not helped by the inability to open the link. Please try again and elucidate.
Agreed MAJW. Worthwhile folks revisiting the Dev Clever linked in site. The photograph and comment appear to be a day old. Good linked in thread and comments. I am looking forward to receipt of the year to 31 October results this coming Wednesday and any forward looking statement.
7 1/2 or 3 1/2 plus the 1.75?
We are well into Q 2. PEA?
Oh yes Sir. Have not been frightened out!! imo Andrew Haythorpe has not taken to ECR without due consideration on his part. Drilling results have been bitty but I still believe that the company has some decent licences that will bear fruit.
Frustrating - yes. But the Oz buddy might well be right and if he is we will all benefit. Thx 4 the response.
It's not gone unnoticed. I guess though there will be an RNS when either AAA or DEV relist!!
Seriously, can we stop the *****ing. I think that we all understand Melville's point. I found yesterday's RNS encouraging. It will be interesting to hear what Andrew Haythorpe has to say about the geology in his interview after his visit to Victoria.
I see little point in arguing. I have no idea which of the posters is a geologist or miner. I can say that I am neither. I have no evidence that the new CEO Andrew Haythorpe is a mercenary nor just ceo for the purse. The non exec Andrew Scott speaks well of him.
I await the outcome of the visit of AH to Victoria and once at the respective sites discussions with Adam Jones. I am hopeful that there will be interviews of AH in the not far distant future; maybe even in conjunction with AJ.
What ever the merits or demerits of today's debate, in one joint interview last summer, Craig Brown and Adam Jones agreed that there would be a mine on each of Creswick and Bailieston. Whilst time will tell I am satisfied that there is work-in-progress worth backing in respect of the tenements and will leave my money in and may well add in the future.
To those concerned about delay you might want to research FCA news. If you do, you will find that FCA staff have voted to strike which is bound to cause some delay in the administration of FCA decisions. Bear in mind that the company awaits approval of a prospectus by the FCA. Patience needed.
Thank you for spotting that Longlad. The 50 SMA has been slowly climbing since about 22 February. The 200 SMA has been declining but imo with some increase in the share price could level and then increase. But overall there is a possibility that the 50 SMA will cross the 200 SMA and thus we will have a golden cross (ideally though the 200 SMA should also be increasing at that point). A golden cross will attract TA traders.
These are shown at Page 39 of the annual report for the year ended 30th September 2021. Available on the company's website.
Of those warrants there are 49,500,000 with an exercise price of one penny. These can be exercised up to 19th April 2022. I wish I had some.
Good luck to you Bigmj with your 5 million!! However if all 49.5 million are exercised, that will raise 495,000 which added to the £ 1.23 million as at 31st March 2022 leaves £ 1.72 million cash reserves.
Accordingly Simply Wall Street had not done their research; it is a blog based on an auto examine details or analyse the nuances. I am guessing but we could see a TR1 next week to take into account yesterday's 5 million trade; hopefully positive.
