I like others have felt frustrated by the time it has taken to get to a PEA but as a layman it seems that various tweaks (may I say of a major and very sensible nature) have been done/achieved which have benefitted RBW greatly and the process to extract and the capex required to achieve improved profitably. With some assistance from a poster on another bb, I have relooked/listened to the interview with GB of 6th July. In that interview, he estimated that the PEA should be finalised and released by the end of that quarter i.e. 30th September 2022. This ETA has very recently been extended for announcement marginally until end Sept early October.. GB, in the 6th July interview, thought that the share price might benefit from the announcement of the PEA wherein at current sale prices the market should see the numbers capex, profitability etc and have a clearer view of the potential value of RBW.
One poster earlier made the comment that through this year we have learned that RBW has been creating more irons in the fire than most of us who have been invested for a while could have foreseen say a year ago. In the view of others, shared by me, GB and AP are building a potentially very large business. Patience required imo.
Well Bagzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. The way you like talking down your investment you may get zero if you try to sell on a relist since you will have managed to persuade the market that the company is worthless before you get to press the sell button.
Thank you scardey_cat. Helpful.
Can you tell us scardey_cat how much Dev will be earning per student from the 3% of the 3.5 million students referred to?
One cannot rule out a take over of Dev by Bijus - if the price is right - but such a takeover will not involve a reverse takeover when the market valuation of Bijus is so much higher than that of Dev (on the basis that valuation is at the suspension price); thus no prospectus would be needed.
One step at a time!!!
and now we have the RNS showing Veative's holding which is over 25% of the whole issued capital.
To help LivenLearn. How and when Chris Akers disposed of some 5.5 million shares I do not know. But you appear to have not taken into account that by the issue of the 225 million shares to Veative his shares as a proportion (percentage) of the INCREASED share capital has decreased.
If you look at the other RNS affecting Chris Jeffries holding you will see that his holding as a percentage of the INCREASED issued share capital has also decreased. I hope that helps.
Whilst I have my own views, which I will not set out here, peoples are spending an awful amount of time analysing the Chris Akers shareholding. The fact is that he remains a substantial shareholder in the company and has not as one poster put it sold half his holding.
The far better discussion should center around the company itself and the way forward.
Whatever has occurred between the DEV board and Aldebaron or more importantly he/she or those behind Aldebaron, the relationship has unlocked upon the terms set out in the RNS.
I am concentrating on the responses from Ankur Aggarwal, Chris Jefferies, Alan Greenberg and others on Linkedin and the contents of the trading up date. I disagree with the doom and gloom approach of Bagzzz. Indeed I am very positive.
But in the current market I have no desire to rush to relist. It's as if so many people in the UK are ignorant of the fact that we have gone and got through a pandemic and that there is a war going on in Ukraine following Russia's invasion so that they think those events can be consigned to the dustbin. No need to rush folks.
The complimentary remarks that AH makes of Adam Jones and the confidence that he has in the ability of AJ and his team gives me confidence that ECR will succeed in establishing a resource sufficient to mine. It may well be that now that agreement has been reached with the Blue Moon landowner, further drilling will lead to finding further high grade deposits and a JV will follow, thus Blue Moon in itself can transform the company for the benefit of shareholders.
That is aside from the clear excitement that AH exudes with regard to North Queensland. He describes a good scene of visible gold in creeks and the opportunities that exist in the North Queensland tenements.
It is enough for me to stay invested and add when and where I can.
It would be good to see AH and AJ buying some stock unless they have impending news which would prohibit that, Also why not create an options package for AH and AJ and an employees package at the same time. Both at prices which are challenging and do not insult existing investors.
