RE: Share Price25 Mar 2019 10:36
Good morning Gentlemen, (assumption).
You have both made very valid points and I commend you both.
I have (once again) looked at the interim account filed last September and I am not overly hopefully that there will be a dramatic improvement in the accounts - more like same as previous - therefore I am off the view there will not be a dividend (even a token one) - the rational is the funds raised were for acquisitions and not to pay dividends, to pay a dividend without recording a profit is in, my opinion, a poor use of funds raised.
Truro Trader you said
"Time will of course tell but I think we are in a transformative period this financial year". Regrettably TPG have been in a transformation period for two year, therefore it MUST happen. The danger is that PI's will start to lose interest.
Able,
Whilst you have been involved in share market for 50+ years and have undoubtedly have had experienced many, many scenarios, our (wonderful) government have made a mess of BREXIT and this has undoubtedly muddied the investment waters.
All things being equal I still have faith in TPG delivering on promises made, as they do have available capital via funds raised.
But I do think that TPG should provide better guidance to PI's who have supported since them since the "days of Corac".
On Saturday 30th March I will be going to the UK Investors show in London, pity TPG won't be present
I do hope you are all keeping well and the sun is shining.
