Hello threeputt, Of course you are correct, in July 2017 there was a statement regarding 20 potential acquisitions and entered into discussion with 10, that now seems to be a misleading statement. With regards to the final accounts (due to be filed mid April), as the interim accounts reflected a loss I am not hopeful that the final account will show a profit. However my question to you is, if you have sold, why post?

I do agree with everything you have said, fairdealer 20, I would think the BoD knew of the potential black holes at least 3 years before the sh*t his the fan. Regrettably, all the deceptive, dishonest and incompetent Management, will receive is a rap over the knuckles and possibly banned as directors for a short period of time. Hi Sparkles, why would either SGH or WTG settle pre trial - if it goes to trail, then settlement will drag on. I did say unless somebody blinks first - "out of court settlement". A high percentage of civil case are settled out of court. Nobody know.................!

I would have expected some guidance from TPG on the current status, instead of silence. I know the finalaccounts to be filed in April (a bit vague). But would like to hear about acquisitions. Regards DAR

Not hopefully of settlement before 2022, unless somebody blinks first. But if trail starts in 2019 (about right) then conclusion about 3 years (possible adjourned a few times). Until SGH settled company cannot moved forward. Put in dark room and forget ... for a long time... until I get old and grey

Sorry Joey86, Watchstone have said that the capital return depends on court case, which might take years. No news. I don't think anybody can even start guessing how long. ATB

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the services-led consulting and engineering group, today announces that Simon Kings has notified the Board of his intention to step down as executive director of the Company and leave the Group with immediate effect. Simon joined TP Group in 2014, and was appointed to the Board in 2015 and has played an important role in broadening the Group's advanced engineering, service and technology capabilities. Comment made by TruroTrader The BoD have 6 months left and I feel they will use it. This is frustrating as any revenue and profits from any takeover are being lost. BUT the full money spent on acquisitions will be a game changer anyway irrespective of the timing. However when TPG raised the capital they inferred they were actively looking at a number of potential targets, so I would hope that they had / or were carrying due diligence. TPG should provide a statement regarding potential target or risk losing PI's goodwill. A measured approach - certainly................ But a trading update is a must. PI's have limited patience.
