Hi skippy, Yes today's the day, I really cannot call how the meeting will pan out. If Michael Ellis "loses" will he sell his shares and the result could be a fall in share price. If Michael Ellis "wins" will other members of the board resign and sell their share - resulting in a fall in share price. GLA

Hi all, One cannot fail to be impressed by that contract win, I personally was not overly impressed by the first two contracts, but this contract is the "bees knees". Very welcome news. Allied to the acquisition announced yesterday, 2018 and 2019 promises to be a very good years for TP Group. ATB

Zotefoams have a year end of 31st December. So this will not impact on the accounts for 2017. However I fully expect the accounts to be positive based on the interim's to 30th June Year end December 2016 Revenue £57.38m profit £6.99m (12%) Interim revenue £33.84m profit £4.10 all in all, many pluses for holding ZTF

Not surprisingly the share price responded with an increase of nearly 15%. A well balanced company and I am pleased that ZTF are sitting in my p/f ATB

Hi D, I totally agree with everything you have said, yes the long wait goes on, but it's a step in the right direction. stage payment of this acquisition is an excellent idea, for it will give the BoD of TPG the opportunity of accessing the new company. But as you say we will be stuck in the 5p's for a while, until another acquisition or the filing of accounts to 31st December (possible end of March). Can't make any observation on the Shaw and Als takeovers, until you mentioned them I had never heard of them. DAR

TP Group have made no observations re: companies targeted - therefore we are all "in the dark". Whilst I do agree threeputt about patience, TPG said in July they had 20 targets, and TPG were hopeful of news in September. There is a possibility that no news will see the sp drift lower

Hi dactions, As you say another contract, this is almost the same as the announcement on the 14th November of the award of a contract (hopefully not the same)... just me being cynical. However I do wish the TP Group would make an announcement regarding any acquisition in respect funds raised in July 2017.
