Hi addicknt, Yep I know AEM "finds fault" with everyone. Cheers DAR
you have been filtered - I will no longer reply to your comments ATB
Talk for yourself Did you every see Groudhog day :)
No worries GS, You will be able to but a few bottles of Gin and some stocking fillers :) SGH is another matter --- scrooge will visit along with the 3 ghosts (hopefully)
Hello AEM, Far enough, I misread your posting of 10.48 y'day. I will try to take on board your observation made on the interweb, certainly not my strong point. ATB DAR-
Hello AEM, I certainly do not want WTG to go bust. can you please tell me why you seem to have a go a me personally...............
Hi Davey................. "Let us hope the court case commences before they go bust" ha ha Who do you think might go bust... please enlighten ATB DAR
Many thanks for that info: GS --- so Hubio was sold for 3.5 mill............ I seem to recall RT said it was worth many times that figure. Not surprising Farnham office was disposed off WTG haven't been there for over 1 year.. Have a good weekend
If RT case every goes to court then there are two possible verdicts Guilty or Very Guilty
Hi all, Following today's RNS - 5 funds hold 25,766258 shares or 55.98%, whilst 5 directors hold 513.708 or 1.12% of WTG I have shown below the statement of WTG website relating to the issued shares. Current total shares in issue 46,038,333 as at 02 November 2017 with none being held as treasury and 1.97% being held not in public hands i.e. held by directors, directors of subsidiaries, trustees of employee share schemes / pension funds or any other substantial shareholders (>10%). I really don't known if there is a recommended percentage held by funds, but IMO 55.98% seems high, the percentage held bu the BoD "seems" low. Any views DAR
And have the years been kind to you getcarter, hopefully you hold some shares in Marshalls and seen (and benefited from the growth)
Hi Pimpin, After some research on Friday< I decided to sell one of my big companies ad created some additional funds to invest in four companies. Of course one of my investment was Marshalls as I think Marshall is going to be a growth company for 2018 & 2019
Hello Pimpin, We cannot be the only pi's with Marshall, however IMO long prospects are very good. At the moment I am talking two years, but during that period I intend to top up as and when. Regards DAR
The question was "any thoughts about share price". Reasonably simplistic reply, IMO the update on the 7th November, (allied to the interim accounts) will see the share price rise to (say) 400p, I do think that DLG share price will again rise (when the final accounts are filed) to nearer 450p. Hopefully I have been optimistic, DLG "sits" in my p/f for some time and will remain for some time. ATB DAR
Hi all, Last December ('16) the share price was 272.30p and now 470p, very nearly 75% in 10 months - very few postings on this bb. This growth can't have gone unnoticed. Really glad this company is in my p/f. EXCELLENT. ATB DAR
Sorry my comments were badly phased - I do agree with your comment "In a court environment, they are there to argue the case on their client's behalf and within the guidelines of the law". The issue mainly revolves the interpretation of the law and if a claim has merit. It is with deep regret they will always be professionals who are more interested in fees than their clients, you mentioned Dentists, the same could be says for Doctors, indeed one such Doctor was recently sent to prison for unnecessary work. Oh the list goes on...................... Please don't start me on members of the legal profession or indeed MP's.................
Hi addicknt so do I. My guess? 25m plus return of escrow. Not that far from my thoughts - legal fees paid plus return of ecsrow.
Hi all, Your observations re: "a lawyer can probably predict the outcome with reasonable accuracy". is probably true, but lawyers are possible more interested in their payment than the rights or wrongs on a particular case. The middle aged man in a wig who makes the final decision is a Judge (Lawyers are different, in many ways). But I agree with GS "somebody will blink first" and an "out of court settlement"
Hi AEM, "Dar, if you don't like what I write, fair enough, filter me, when people tell massive untruths about me I will always defend myself". I might not like what you write, but I won't filter you...... Everybody has the right to have a view and indeed the freedom to express that view. As far as I am aware I have never told massive untruths about you (or anybody else).
Hello, Oh please - we all know that the accounts were a pile of pooh. The board of Quindell under RT filed accounts that were very questionable. TW is not a genius but he could see the accounts didn't add up.............. Incidentally so should a decent audit. Predominately that's why the SFO are investigating. Please let 2013 and 2014 become history. ATB
