You are correct. 3p makes no difference to me. Im averaged at 40p.

I want to take issue with the term "rampers".
A ramper is basically anyone that wants the share to do well.

I have been stunned by some of the content going straight to Streaming.
I'm cinema mad but tech savvy enough to watch anything for free if it is streamed. I watched Prey the other night. That should be in cinemas.
Thirteen Lives should also be in cinemas.
These studios seem to be banking on cinemas going out of business. They will be sorry if that happens.

Not sure about shorters. They can really go after a share. It's kind of like a "pile on".
The pressure that puts on a company in trouble is enormous. Even before covid, Cineworld was the most shorted share in the UK. So after covid happened, the shorters must have thought they had won the lottery.
Cineworlds hands were completely tied. No chance of raising funds because of the pressure on the SP.
This is how the meme stock was born. Gives the shorters something to think about.

I think the article mainly referred to what was said at the recent trial.
It does not have anything new as far as I can see. At least anything factual.

As we know. Mooky has not done very well in court. So any kind of dodgy dealings will be scrutinised closely.
I have no idea about the rules and laws in this game but Mooky has already been hit with a "dissenting" shareholders claim.
Time will tell.

Retailer mentality

Shorting applies downward pressure on a share. Where as dumping the short adds upward pressure to the share.
This leads me to believe that shorting is a ponzi.
