If it was clear cut it would be sorted quickly. The fact that it will take until Feb means it is very complex and will be very difficult to judge.
This has to be a positive for Cineworld.

It has dropped today, but not by a big margin. I wouldn't be surprised if this Elon Musk situation adds rocket fuel to this share because everybody is waiting to buy the dip.
