Yes, customers were more choosy but this was at the front end ie they ordered less but kept more so our returns cost fell (DRAMATICALLY). Like it or not my I see this with my gf all the time she will take things out of her basket as the "amount looks too high" when I say might as well order it all try it and return it but this isn't the mindset. Also she could do that as we have flexible credit but for Boo's target audience they can't sit with £500 out of their account for a week or two so this really isn't the reality. Klarna is only a small amount of credit
Will stores have a lower cost of operating? No, we have answered this for your two or three times now and the answer is stock drag both at the front as they can't trial as effectively as Boo, they can't use the customer data to drive further engagement and upsell and three the huge tonne of stock that has to sent to all stores even if it doesn't sell (and they won't know it won't sell until it gets there)
