Ok, let’s go with published RNS information then.

We should have had another 500k 3 days ago.

We’ve not announced it.

Last time this happened, a week or so later we got told it had all fallen apart (somebody else’s fault, as always).

And still no update.

Confidence levels at an all time low.

Companies house only updated because it was a condition of the funding (issuing of shares).

I’d expect any update again shortly after next 500k.

That’s if we haven’t folded by then. I have a baddddd feeling.

So, RNS tomorrow then with confirmation of the additional 500k being drawn down.

Or an RNS explaining the delay.

And some kind of audit update would be nice but I doubt we’ll see it. Of course, it’s ALL down to pkf…

And we should have the extra 500k.

Be nice to get the pkf timeline (we were told we’d get as soon as the company get it)

Be nice to know if the artisan miners are gone

Gold or Holdings? I can only see updates on holdings relating to the share issue for the funding.

That isn't admin / governance coming back to life. We've been given money for shares, they had to come from somewhere :D

Or (and I think you're probably right for what it's worth), he's realised that under his stewardship the share price has continually dropped and it just "might" be worth hiring an actual CEO rather than letting a scientist do it.

And it’s actually 35% that we know of. The loan notes will also likely have stipulations on them that convert to equity if not repaid.
