The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Well, that’s curious…
Floyd - our fate is already determined. An RNS could change it, but we do have a clear path at present. Just isn't a very nice one.
What horse turd.
Rampers going to new lows...
Not a chance in the UK. Companies act is a gift to the unscrupulous.
Need only look at major UK failures and the lack of convictions thereafter...
That's because cineworld will be entirely worthless soon and no amount of decent box office receipts can change that.
I'm hanging on because not much point in selling (and I covered losses buying and selling on the 2p to 8p bounce), but let's not kid ourselves - this is dead.
Did he casually hand over any other insider trading tips for you or was it just that one?
I agree, he wouldn't be doing this just to kick a few tyres.
Personally, I expect a positive outcome. I think that'll be a pretty low valuation though (2p, maybe 3p). But if recovery happens, I'll hold anyway so not overly bothered.
Because you're not :)
Look at the charts… :-)
Suppose you’re another secret millionaire are you?
If charts are right, why aren’t you all minted?
Ah I see. I wasn’t paying a great deal of attention to their updates, I was going by the RNS.
Stevie - how do you make it 2 months?
Well, he clearly hasn’t withdrawn (we’d surely have got a new RNS for that). So that’s promising.
FOMO, chancers and a byproduct of massive rampers like sharebel making up random tosh to try and convince people to bail them out of a hole.
Polymetal successfully completed the placing of £491m of shares on the London Stock Exchange, valuing the company at £3.55bn and making it the first Russian-founded company to obtain a premium listing at the LSE. In December 2011 Polymetal International became one of the first two Russian-originated companies to be included in the FTSE 100 Index.
Erm, it's Russian.
I did, at 0.25p :)
No, afraid not. I couldn't get there. I'd have said pretty much the same though...
My current biggest frustration is that not a single PI has been contacted about the raise. How can they say £45m is unachievable without asking?
Also "do you agree with the ASAG GDPR policy"...
Might be good to link to it so people can read it before blindly agreeing? :D
I've responded with my real email address but for obvious reasons (I don't know you from adam and it's a relatively insecure google form) I've not given my mobile number. If you really need it, email me :)
Seriously, please just reply. Starting a new thread every time makes it so hard to read in order.
To raise £45,000,000 from current holders, a 19:1 rights issue would need a share price of around 0.5p each.
So to take up rights you'd be looking at 9.5p for every share you currently hold.
It's more than people think, if you're sat on £1,000 today you'll need to front up £4,750 to take the whole issue.
I think...
