Those joining the board will know the plans. If those plans are "we're going to get funding, dilute to 1p in the pound and then issue you a chunk of the 'new' shares etc", who would say no?

Anybody investing will have done their DD and seen that this is investment round 3,127,197. To still invest is a positive sign. Unless we're being shafted again / not quite telling things as they are in an RNS (which this latest RNS finally admits to - where's JerseyCrew and his 'all RNS go through compliance checks and must be factual'?

Director salaries (as per the group accounts) are not exactly low for a small turnover business that can't even maintain a listing.
