LW - the first two payments were made in cash ($250K on 18th May and $150K on 26th May), but only confirmed by tweets lol - how very GCAT. The last two payments are as per the RNS - awaiting this elusive prospectus. So, still the big payments to go $600K and $823 258 - in cash or shares if GCAT are unable to pay in cash. I have asked RM about clarification on cash or shares for the last two payments but no answer (thinking I may have been asking price sensitive info perhaps, oops). GLA, Dan

Good conclusion sw10000. The financing set-up costs will probably run into hundreds of thousands. Profits from the smelts being used for the two Mill End settlements ($250K and $150K - last one being paid early) and Kilimapesa maintenance (e.g. like the TLC required for the mill as per last week's tweet). Bit of a surprise that one. Perhaps the revenue from the gold is being used for other commitments (ORCA, Mill End ltd or that Koening one that I can't remember lol) or for general mining costs/upgrades, etc.

One positive is that 'The proceeds of the Subscription shall be used to fund the transactional costs for the Kilimapesa expansion funding currently being finalised.'

Slight difference in reporting between twitter accounts Caracal and Pangea suggesting JV is either prospective or GCAT have new partners;

From GCAT (5:05am 7/7/23) 'Robbie is off to meet the prospective TZ JV partners this morning in Zambia.'

From Pangea (later in the day - 5pm 7/7/23) 'Exciting Tripp to Zambia to meet Our TZ gold development project Joint Venture partners'

Cheers Suggins for your post on 20/6. All credit to Elizabeth for sorting out the website. I think the website is now almost sorted. The rogue document is removed from corporate updates, the footer links appear to be correct (disclaimer, etc.) and the quick links for news, Kili and Nya now work. Still a couple of links to be corrected on the corporate compliance page under 'Number of securities in issue' and 'Current constitutional documents' and also just the duplication of the 'Financial info and circs' - very minor.

I appreciate that there are more important things going on at GCAT but the I see the website as the 'face' of the business, so the more accurate and professional looking the better. GLA, Dan

The only two goldies in Tanzania, with deep pockets, I can think of are Barrick Gold Corp. and AngloGold Ashanti. It would be great if it was one of them. I think it could be TRX gold simply because of the tweets GCAT put out and Nyakafuru is only about 50miles SSE of their Buckreef project. SHG is also a possibility (Cash, and available liquidity1 of US$11.5 m at 31 March 2023 - RNS 24/4/23). SHG Singida mine around 160miles away on the B3 (going by the map on GCAT website). GLA, Dan
