Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
sadly no, he said 0.42p (check the axis on the right hand side of chart). Not been anywhere near 4.4p for several years (Nov 2019 ?). GLA, Dan
@topvaluestock - about 1.9Bn. Use the GCAT share price icon at the top of this page for that info.
Nice to have had a reply (just some matters pertaining to the new look website) from RM today after what felt like a comms black out. GLA, Dan
the most recent holdings data for this investor was RNS'd on 21/9/22 - just shy of 191M shares (just over 10% of current shares). I wonder, was this the same investor that helped with the following from RNS 23/1/23?
'Therefore, to allow the renegotiation to proceed, the following has taken place. Mr Robert McCrae borrowed 17,208,742 shares from a shareholder of the Company. The borrowed shares were transferred to Mill End. Mr McCrae has agreed to repay the shareholder 17,208,742 shares plus an extra 1,720,874 shares, being an additional 10% at a future date to be agreed.'

@lowlife - From the 16/2/23 RNS 'Caracal Gold PLC, the expanding East African gold producer with over 1,300,000oz JORC compliant gold resources, is pleased to announce that it has raised US$1 million via the issue of secured Convertible Loan Notes ('the Loan Notes') to Orca Capital GmbH ('the Subscriber') and the proceeds have been drawn down.'
Note: the proceeds have been drawn down. The further $4M is based on the issue of the prospectus. GLA, Dan
Hi Zan_TM - as stated in the 'Going Concern' section of the Financial report of Nov. 22, the company operates at a loss (and will do so in the next period of July 22 to June 23). They reported a 'loss from continuing operations' of £15.5M (18 months period) but a loss of ca.£5M from the company's operations. Quite confusing to work out what the real loss was tbh, but it was a large loss and hence the need for CLNs for on going working capital.
So, why continue with the mining/processing ? Good question, could they just stop and put the mine on 'care and maintenance' whilst they try to get funding ? Would it look better for GCAT to continue ops, maintain employees, whilst trying to arrange the funding (there is some revenue coming in) ? Photos are just nice to have and create some enthusiasm - will they continue or fizzle out ? GLA, Dan
Getting 0.231 to sell and 0.245 to buy on HL. When do we think the prospectus will be issued ? I would guess at mid Apr.
wrt. AISC - IMO this will be over $3000/oz at the current tiny levels of production. 250oz/PM would yield a revenue of approx. $460K/PM. I cannot see that tiny amount being sustaining. I feel the break even point (i.e.when AISC = gold price) is somewhere around 700oz/PM. Just my opinion, any thoughts ? GLA, Dan
Nope, not just you. It has been very slow at loading for me too this morning - maybe improving now. GLA, Dan
The previous Chairman still gets a mention in section 4 (as does Paul Reeves) of the corporate governance in the 'About us' section. Also, the first sentence for Mr Stefan Muller is in German for the English website version. Good point Suggins - I cannot see him on there either, perhaps the new website is not fully up-to-date as it does keep changing slightly, for me at least. Will it be down to Ronald now ? Wonder if we will see the Prospectus soon (gulps, delays)? GLA, Dan
Probably already been mentioned but noted the new look website. GLA, Dan
I am getting 0.132 to sell and 0.137 to buy currently with HL, maybe some trades are actually buys ? Trade labels are not always correct (try dummy buy/sell in your trading account). GLA, Dan
very few of us I would imagine grg. Their statements were ambiguous 'pending the delivery of key supplies to the mine. All operations will stop at 6.00am on 17 February 2023 and are planned to recommence on or before 24 February 2023.'
pending delivery (gets delayed) and planned to recommence (planned not will). What is it with Canada ? PUR, COPL (it's got Canadian in its name lol) and RMM. GLA, Dan
which institutions would they be, not seen any in the prospectus ? GLA, Dan
Just my thoughts (certainly could be wrong though) - the '-', or minus sign, next to a trade (usually matched and at the same time with a non '-' trade) is a short opening. GLA, Dan
Silly for sure. MCAP now in same ball park as ORR, ROCK and GWMO. GRL (recently issued £2,4M CLNs) with a little over 5Koz production in 2022 has an MCAP £15M (GCAT 3.6Koz - MCAP £5M). SGZ with 8.6Koz production in 2022 has an MCAP of £25M (net debt position of £12.6M). Explorers like CORA, COBRA, ECR, EEE, etc, etc, with greater MCAPS. Really need that prospectus and Philoro funding. Am £15K down currently here. The 'big' guys SHG (65.2Koz 2022 and gross debt of US$24M - MCAP £112M) and THX (98Koz 2022 and debt of $28.4M - MCAP £106M). GLA, Dan
Agree with that Suggins. I sometimes think it would have been better being on AIM rather than the Main market. THX and SHG seem to have done rather well unlike PUR. GLA, Dan
Not really hidden and not that many buys. Just pick the WSBN.PL when searching to see the AQSE data. Good rise though. GLA, Dan
not sure what calculator you are using Taskroll, lol. It would be impossible with the current production levels. GLA, Dan
or more as it turns out, doh. Sorry for the incorrect info in my post of 21/1/23. I do know that there is an RNS being written by AB - info provided by JMK. I will know not to provide dates in future. GLA, Dan
There has already been more than 500M shares traded this morning. People seem to hate placings - if only PUR and RMM did that when they had the chance before the financial mess they are in now. GLA, Dan
cheers Palmer944. GLA, Dan
