its not a lot of dumping in reality
there were far bigger buys and sells that did a lot less to the SP
this is just MM's making good money in a time of uncertainty

most likely - not much green around today

it doesn't feel justified the drop - placings and future placings at 5.5p to 7p so one would assume this would hold the SP
after the oil dip, price seems a bit more stable thanks to the Saudi's
no update from AJE / PANORO etc in the market
just a wobble on some small trades ?? or is something wider known??

Just shows the Saudis control the oil price in reality
nearly back to $45 now though

2. Have they won the field bid with OilBank
3. Completion of the EER stake to ADME
4. and most importantly the completion of PetroNor / Panoro sale and purchase and then the critical Phase 2 update

maybe i got it wrong - sounds like a farm in agreement
we will have to wait and see if they win the bid
looks like a busy Q4 here for the actual main forward moving points

1. Uplift fof saved oil - has it been done, what price, is project debt on Phase 1 clear

We are the advisory element of the bid and will be taking a minority equity share for our services - so no cash from ADME
personally i really like this set up

Is it just one field or multiple - it states a bid which would indicate 1 field only
we already knew of the tie up

Oil Price kicked on from hitting $39 - now its over $41
$2 per barrel is a considerable difference

7 months oil is a lot
at $45 it will be circa $1.4m revenue, then deduct the project debt and overheads
at $40 it will be circa $1.25m revenue, again deducting same project debt and overheads
We know that the next uplift was potentially going to clear project debt, albeit tight so $150,000 is quite a lot of money to possibly lose (its a big step knowing that project debt is cleared) - it really allows the partners to focus on phase 2 when the Panoro deal is finalised
Oil outlook again is not great in the medium term - can't see a push above $50 for quite some time

Another 2 x 1,000,000 share sells
so that means the 2 x 2,000,000 share buys (4m shares) have already likely been sold or
them trades are just transfers from one MM to another
Market is playing games at a bigger level with this share now

would be good to know if they completed an offload in the last few weeks - 6 months of oil for the partnership is significant - to lose a third of the profit margin and with likely further falls in oil in the short term - may have missed the best selling opportunity

These large buys and sells have been happening for months
Its just that they were always 100,000 or 50,000 share trades
Now there have been a number of very very large buys and sells (2 x 2,000,000 share buys / 2 x 1,000,000 share sells) - its a lot of playing with the market makers at the minute
personal opinion is that the market is happy to trade within the 5.5p to 7p range which is the price for the purchase of AJE

The T&C's are still from 2019 and last press response is from 2018
also ADME have a 0.4% shareholding - so its too minor to even consider in my opinion
even if it became a £1bn company (its only worth £4m to ADME) - and its a long long way off from been that company - current balance sheet is under £200k in last accounts - very very speculative technology (sounds great tbh) and one that could have huge positive effects on the world

PetroNor also working with Nigerian Companies on the Auctions
Sounds positive on AJE
2 Gas and 1 Oil well in 2021 - they also say financing looks cheaper than originally thought
As i have said - its Phase2 of AJE which will determine ADME's future

The New management team do look solid and for the most part above what a junior oil player should have onboard
There still is no actual decent results yet - all they have done to date is agree the purchase of minority stake in AJE which is owned where the current director failed previously - still need the PetroNor / Panoro sale and purchase agreed - both of them released their half yearly update last week and both seem positive on this been concluded prior to the end of the year
We still have had nothing on any potential deals with Trafigura - we have been promised 3 new deals for coming up to a year now
The main positive is they look like they have some financial equity backing which can be called upon at the 5.5p to 7p range which as shown in the current SP the market makers are feeling pretty safe with trading within these two figures

Still we wait on the next uplift from AJE and if project debt will be cleared - oil is rising and with the cut in operation costs - there must be a good chance of this happening soon (they must not have 6 months worth of oil saved up to sell (so must be getting to max capacity)

ADME website updated with holdings - current figures on their website means no directors sales recorded - so we will see if we get a formal RNS early next week

closer to 24m shares ($250,000 at 5.5p + $2m at 7p) + the 98m already so just over 122m shares
