you can't think there will be any news after the interview the other day
possibly people who sold the other day re-buying after making money elsewhere (OMI)

I listened to it last night, it was the other deals part that let the interview down, as you say can't say much but didn't sound like anything was really close other than the additional purchase into AJE
He also said there was no need for equity calls (other than the EER purchase in Shares) so we must assume the cash balance is coming from another source - we will have to wait and see

that can happen - people think they can see a quicker profit elsewhere they sell and move on to somewhere else
problem is you can end up missing the news at the original share or getting spiked in the new share or maybe the news they were expecting to make decent money on was already priced in

Good to seee lift done but shame it sounds like project debt wasn’t cleared, can’t be far off, we know they implemented some cost saving works so does look like production was down, end of December we will know a lot more here in terms of all the aje deals and if another one is on the horizon, just moved house yesterday :)

I just think the company is going to be one that might be worth something in 5 / 10 years - but right now isn't - but i'm not ideally placed to value the intellectual assets within the company for this technology
even on their timeline - getting to the point of larger drones / small electric aircraft is 5 years (and that is probably optimistic) - larger commercial planes are probably a very long way off

At the current price of a share (£4.43) - it gives them a Market Cap in excess of £200m
I like the look of the technology and the potential, but I don't see how it is valued at over £200m

The Superdielectrics Investment is worthless
0.4% is nothing - interesting concept but such a small investment , it also sticks in throat considering both Andrew and Anna Frangos got more shares and i can't locate their purchases on companies house

Middle eastern Investor??? - first thoughts was the Anani family but there not middle eastern - that brings back in the Sheikhs and we know how that ended up last time - interesting to find out more on this

Hopefully we will find out first deal with Trafigura next few months

The AJE partnership was a good update but for me we are still waiting on the regulatory requirements for the main sale and purchase so phase 2 can start next year

Also sounds like they are planning for an RTO as well, possibly on first investment unless they set up a new subsidiary every investment

maybe thats the reason for cancelled trades - they sold 1,625,000 shares
they initially put it through as a 500,000 a 625,000 and another 500,000 was due to show, but they cancelled the 500k and 625k and put it through as one larger sell grouped together after 4.30pm

As i said - always seems like someone is playing with the price with a considerable stake - buying a lot in round numbers and then offloading in equally large numbers - i have brought this up numerous times now so can't be coincidence

I don't like these rounded buys and sells
they are large and are from more professional investors but it always feels like the share is getting manipulated - either up or down to suit

They haven't been given any shares for payments so they have bought these shares on the market - if they have bought extra shares while doing a research note on the company they will probably have additional knowledge thats not in the wider domain of what is happening with ADME - that would certainly be Insider Dealing

been buying and just gone over yesterday - was a mini rally of trades today so i wonder if it was them as well today

Nice Interview - he is getting better at these - seems a bit more passionate and positive
still think the title is misleading - the company hasn't been transformed yet - a lot going on but nothing in actual results and the EER purchase hasn't been concluded so can't say they have doubled reserves

So Accounts have had Revenue and Operating Costs removed - I am assuming a change in accountancy practice in not accounting the percentage of income/costs ADME are attributed within the AJE partnership and instead opting to attribute just the Net received to ADME
Admin Expenses are really concerning - considering we have been advised cost measures in place - we know there have been some changes and new appointments but these costs are significantly up (£156k per month average) compared to £85k average last year, in the last year the total Admin Expenses have amounted to c£2.15m. At £2.15m, it is highly unlikely there will be enough revenue coming from the AJE Partnership in the existing 2 wells which dry up next year to meet these costs - i assume we will find out more when the next uplift in October happens - current oil price is c$41 (hopefully this clears project debt and allows some revenue to be sent to ADME
The Company is confirming in the short term the company will require additional funding to meet liabilities but i am sure in a previous rns on last fundraise they said they didn't require any further equity raises for cash flow - just for the completion of the purchase from EER

Accounts should be released today
RNS said it was to discuss results and operational overview only so not really expecting any news prior to call

been some large sells last 2 days, assume it is just cautious investors
The Accounts will show a loss as per previous years but interesting to see the cost savings that they implemented

See if the uplift has been done else it is going to be the first question asked
We should see more into the cost cutting measures in these interim accounts and see how it measures up
