Infrastrata has come a very long way indeed since two shareholders rescued the company, turned it around, appointed John and crew as the Board, and it has now grown into a much bigger company, with not only the Islandmagee project, but also Shjpyards that stand a VERY strong chance of some Navy contracts, once we have left the EU, as we will undoubtedly need to be able to look after our own boats, in case we get into a contretemps (see what I did there?) with an old rival with whom we have had Naval Battles for centuries. Oh and disputes off Brittany over various species of fish.
One shareholder in particular invested a large chunk of Infrastrata shares money into TXP and RRE, and has done okay this year. He has now reinvested some of the monies into INFA, which should start to fly towards the end of the year, if not sooner. John has tremendous vision for the future and I don't think that Boris will let him down.
However, he has also just put a big chunk into PRIM Primorus Investments, and it will be interesting to see how the share prices compare at the end of this month and also the end of the year.

Some of you may have followed the Race that we had at the start of the year between Touchstone TXP and Rockrose RRE.
I backed TXP pretty much all the way until near the end when the Rockrose buyout was announned.
In spite of RRE's late attempt to catch up with TXP, TXP won hands down.
It was with great regret that I had to sell some TXP shares on Monday to take a strong position in PRIM, which is when the race started.
PRIM was standing at 3.05 pence and TXP was at 71 pence.
PRIM has seen some price action as half of its assets are in Greatland Gold GGP, which has motored.
One shareholder have been buying strongly, the largest shareholder issued a TR1 stating that he has increased his position to 17.6%. https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/PRIM/holdings-in-company-cutbznbbplxohox.html
At the close last night PRIM was standing at 3.55 pence, up 16.4 percent, whereas TXP closed at 72 pence, up 1.4%.
I know as well as anybody that when TXP hits the gas at Chinook 1, TXP should rise 25%, but my feeling is that by the end of September, the race end, PRIM will be leading by a couple of laps.

This is perhaps the start of the rise into the drilling results, as we have seen before- Canada takes the lead, and then lo and behold, some news comes out a day or two later.
No leaks at all, naturally.
Once the momentum starts to build we should head straight towards the pound mark, imho.
If you think about it, the current SP represents Cascadura value alone, and if Chinook is the same size, then there is no reason we shouldn't be at £1.50.
Now that would be a result.

Yes, very exciting times, but bedtime beckons, I am working on something almost as exciting as TXP, and I need to sleep occasionally, it's very good for you.
The problem is that the excitement and adrenaline means that I will be lucky to get to 4 am before my brain tells me to fire up, but the fact that it doesn't start getting light until 5.30 am helps a bit.

Perhaps, because they are closer to Trinidad, they can hear a slight hiss leaking from the bore-hole.
That's the sort of leaky that we are quite happy to live with.
However, we would prefer to hear a roar from a small choke! Then a bigger one so that the well isn't compromised.
Only a matter of time imho.
I think that we can anticipate some strong buying activity in the next couple of weeks...... I know one or two people that are keen to increase their holding. They will not be alone.

If you look at the Oslo Bors page, premarket is showing 1.91 NOK but much greater strength and depth than usual.

The prices are delayed 15 minutes, so we will have to wait to see where it opens, but my git feel says that it will open at North of 2 NOK.
Let's hope so, it certainly deserves to , the discount to NAV has jumped considerably, and the NAV of 283 Million NOK as at 30th June has improves by circa £4.43 million or 51 million NOK.
BY MY RECKONING THE NAV OF NORTH IS NOW 334 MILLION NOK VERSUS A CLOSING M CAP LAST FRIDAY OF 217.5 MILLION NOK WHICH IS SHARE PRICE TO NAV OF 65% .
The share price is on its way Up.

Worth a look at the North Energy Board, where the Q" results have been announced.
It looks like North had 12 million TXP shares as at 30th June, and the NAV was increased by 52 million krone which is £4.433 million based on a £ NOK exchange rate of 11.73.

North has free carry on 12 million shares in TXP and is adopting an 'opportunistic' strategy to the holding.
I infer from this that when we hit gas at Chinook, they will sell a shed full of shares, but we will see.
From previous sales, I think that they will set a minimum sale price, I think that £1 would be a good floor for that.

the investment in TXP represented 27% of the stated 283 million NOK.
IE 76.41 million NOK.
As at the 30th June, the £ stood at 11.9 NOK

So the value of TXP shares at 30th June was £6,42 million, with a share price of 53,5 pence = EXACTLY 12,000,000 Shares.

So let us assume that through deduction, North held 12 million shares at 30th June. I did not manipulate the figures at all, and the 12 million shares figure was my first calculation of the numbers.

Since 30th June, the 12 million shares have increased in value to £8,4 million, a profit of £2 million.
In addition to this, the Reach subsea shares have increased in value by 1.08 NOK to 1.66 NOK, an increase of 54%
The value of the Reach shares as at 30th June was 50.4 million NOK so now worth 78.4 million NOK an increase in value of 27.5 million NOK.
It is all looking better and better.

It is worth noting that since the Q2 results, the TXP share price has moved from 53.5 pence to today's value of 71 pence, an increase of 33%.
We can expect that if/when Chinook hits the gas bottle, the TXP share price should increase by 25% and more once reserves are confirmed in due course.
We believe that North has continued to sell TXP shares, but the SP achieved in the interim is likely to have averaged 65 to 70 pence, so a much bigger cash pile to distribute next year after the AGM per the newly stated dividend policy.
I haven't yet compared the official figures with Norb's excellent estimates, but things are looking very good indeed.
I expect the share price to open at 2.25 NOK or perhaps even better!
