I saw that news this morning, looks like a good deal for all involved, 4p seems fair value, bougt on-market, probably could have charged 4.5p... Still unclear as to what they need the money for, direction etc... Just got my euros in for Dublin in a fortnight, 1.374 rate, thought that was pretty decent, not too far off spot...
