It's because inexperienced PIs just deal in round number targets, all about the market behaviour etc etc... When someone buys at 4p, they automatically target 5p as the next logical step... There is a lot of confusion off the back of that news and some big money will be taken by the MMs today, they will be having a long lunch today IMHO on their winnings...

Actually think I have worked it out... II wanted in but didn't want to pay too much, therefore comp have released a pretty convoluted RNS to spook the market and then they can raise equity at a much lower price... Ahhh it all makes sense now...
