Once a board has accepted an offer the smaller holders would not need to be rinsed out.

I may be wrong but I thought it was the 12 month high of the price they had paid, so that would depend on who "they" are and when they first bought in.

We already have a very small free float, I'm not sure how much stock anyone would actually be able to pick up in the open market without a big shift in SP.
