Just a hunch but I think we are going to be bought out, the SP flat lining like it has for the last 6/7 weeks is not normal.
It’s not something I really want to see at this stage, as I don’t think any buy out now would see us valued anywhere near our potential.

I would be more inclined to agree with this if it was a raise we were being asked to support, but as it wasn’t even open to us I’m not sure we can say we have been played.

With the Traumakine trial already underway and additional Bex trials starting soon all we need is a bit of patience…and obviously the results to go our way ;)

I would add Tom-Erik Lind and Marco Salmi to the list of sticky hand holders, that’s got to push that figure to around 35%.

Timo may seem to be a rich uncle figure, but he is also a very successful businessman, he didn’t get that way by being sentimental or by throwing good money after bad. He has once again increased his holding by €5M, taking the largest slice of this round of fund raising. This is his own money that he is risking, I pretty sure at some point he is expecting to make a big return on his investment.

The fact we have not seen a big sell off this morning, and the big show of support from our major holders suggests you won’t be topping up sub £3.

Not a bad initial reaction to the placing, most other aim shares would have see the price dropped down to placing level and a big sell off.
Our big holders support is a massive show of confidence imo.

That’s the Euro price so not quite so good, but at least we are funded and it’s out of the way for a while.

Placing are always initially disappointing, but if the next Bex results are the ones that unlock the real value how happy will we be that we still own it 100%?
One way or the other there was going to be dilution, at this stage personally I would rather still be 100% in control of Bex.

Given our cash position we knew something had to happen fairly soon, but to be honest I don't remember him ruling a placing out.

Once confirmed at least we know where the money is coming from, that certainty should help the SP back to £4+. We shouldn't need to raise again until May / June next year so hopefully between now and then we can really prove up Traumakine and Bex.
