I suspect Jarvy55 was spot on. I think the MM's have been short of this for the last week, the warrants have hit the market today and they've started to close. Alternatively news could be done :)

How do you know we haven't... pretty simply. Would you put your home on the line to borrow money to take to a casino, money that you had in the bank. No you wouldn't.

Can't say I'm happy with that RNS. Prepared to give us 10% of a cash generative asset on a 50/50 punt (Simons words) and then borrow more in case it goes wrong, this drill could make or break this company. Also surprised that we don't have a million in the bank.

My opinion is had we not be drilling Serenity the sp would be double what it is now. I do feel that this drill is a bit of a Poison Chalice. AIM punters do not like holding for a drill and you can't blame them, I can count using just both hands how many successful drills i've seen over the last 15 years. That's that to say that is won't be a success but I certainly think it's holding the sp back. Hopefully we'll clear this seller and find out just how high it'll go before TD.

Something is start to stink. There is a continuous supply of stock here and I've been in this game long enough to know there is no smoke without fire. This isn't warrants unless there are more to convert.

Does anybody know how many are outstanding? 15% of the company traded yet still failing to clear.

Interesting as I'm sure I saw a post earlier saying it was 3.6mmscf. Although I appreciate the info I get the impression that nobody really knows.

I agree with the majority of your post however the selling we're seeing is linked to Warrants (and lots of them). We've seen evidence that there is gas flowing to the grid however we don't know how much. I suspect the BOD are waiting for the flows to stabilise rather than issue an RNS that puts the market into panic (like some have done today). I agree that the delays have been diabolical and the BOD should learn to keep quiet unless they can meet the deadlines, but then again we crucify them for staying quiet. Can you see the problem....

This isn't MM fishing for stock this is people panic selling due to arm chair experts on this site trying to second gas flow rates.

She's not capping the price of gas, she's simply bridging the gap between the price cap and the new fixed rate.

Toptec, the price isn't dropping. It's done 100% in under two weeks so from a TA perspective it needs to slow down/cool off. The drop to 2.56p today was predictable but the way it was quickly bought up was impressive. I've been investing for over 15 years and these opportunities don't come around often. Most PI lose out due to slight retracing and or sp stagnation whilst the sp still remains in an uptrend. It required balls to hold through these phases but the biggest gains come from sitting tight.

That's right,. Truss is simply creating a smoke screen, the problem still exists and will do for some time.

It's times like this where PI lose money, I've seen it time and time again over the years. Knee-jerking on a TRI which only tells half the story. Let's assume they are planning to go to 0, we're currently trading approx 12m shares a day which you think will increase. They've not sold any since March and we get a TR1 for 1% and all hell breaks loose.

We should be however after seeing that last RNS this could be a long slog if they plan on going to zero.

Bottom_Feeder - if you had any idea about how the markets work (particularly AIM) then you would know that those warrants have probably already been flipped.

I think they've been trying to fill that buy for the last two days. Notice how quick it dropped after that 800k sell.
