Craig was well liked by both shareholders and the market. I'm talking about the period between his passing and AH coming on board.

The results from HR3 are now were near good enough to yield a mine - AH has pretty much said so.
AH certainly has the credentials and has done a good job since starting, he appears to have a plan. There is little we can do for now other than to hope that the sp somehow holds. Colin must be livid.

It may come across as tough Paul and appreciate Craig's death came as a shock to the board but there was clearly nobody steering the ship and there has certainly been no plan. AH coming on board may just save the company. As for the investment case, it's changed quite a bit, HR3 can be written off and Creswick is an unknown. This leaves us with Bluemoon and Queensland which we know nothing about. I wouldn't be so bitter if the BOD owned any shares.

The drip post Craig's death is down to he incompetence of the board who let's be honest who are not fit to run a church raffle. Andrew Scott was hired before AH joined therefore you can forget any strategic reasoning for his hiring, he was recruited to act as a guard and to throw scraps to investors as the BOD were getting a lot of ear ache at the time. The SP has also dropped because it's taken the new guy to come in and put a stop to HR3 after wasting time and god knows how much money - this smacks of absolute incompetence. We can't blame AH, he's done more in the last 3 months than any other board member in the last 12.

I'm sure most of the last conversion has been flipped today. There is one more to go for circa 46m which we expect to convert next week. I've been convinced for a weeks that the MM's have been short and using warrants for cover - this is is coming to and end. It's held really well today.

Talkingsense. It's bit more than 4m sells, it's been going on for months drip feeding 1m sells yet they decide to sell 4m into a near all time low . Don't hold your breath awaiting for a TR1.

anders, it it's as we suspect then the Chinese have no interest in holding this long term. They've been flipping these since the start of the year and are probably well in profit so selling a few million at this price cause them little pain. It's highly likely this is because they no longer have the relationship with the BOD which they had with CB and the order for the 2nd drill has also been postponed. I'm absolutely convinced their selling is to crash the sp and hinder fundraising, fortunately for us AH has pulled a rabbit out a hat. I dread to think what could have happened had Tang been running the show.

This is being deliberately taken down, absolutely no doubt about it. Yes there's low volumes but the timing of these 1m sells is having maximum impact. The Chinese having the last laugh.

Based on the above it's likely that the next batch will be converted middle of next week. Like I said this is basic information.

There are another 173m, I had made a note of these but as Ocelot has said they were issued to Aleph and not currently being converted. I would hope they will hold onto them for a while yet.

There are 40m outstanding from 2021 so another conversion and they will be gone.

Just to add, I've watched all 4 interviews and i've come to the conclusion that GL doesn't know how many are outstanding, we had "most have gone" to "I think they've gone" to "I hope they've all gone". Unfortunately it's a waiting game and the quicker we get another conversion the better. My numbers suggest 80m left incl options from 2021 and 171m issued this year to Aleph.

Christoff, a good RNS would not make a bit of difference. We've had 3/4 stonking interviews and we know all we need to for now. The sell off is continuing regardless because the warrant holders want to sell regardless, all they want is their profit. To reap the real benefits here may mean sitting on a paperloss for a while.

There's an interesting extract in the Oct 2021 Report. "The 5,954,154 warrants issued in February and March 2021 were issued to an advisor as part of the share fund raise. The fair value to the options warrants was the 1.3p issue share price"

If these are the warrants that have been recently converted then there is only another 3m to go which is a drop in the ocean and shouldn't be holding us back. Very strange how we've had no further TR1's.

I had a quick look yesterday but couldn't see where they had been issued. Suspect there's more than 2m but need to have a good look. I'll contact the company if I can't find them.

Any RNS would need to be released before the interview as discussing something unofficially released makes the interviewer privvy to inside info.

There are some goods posts in here this afternoon. To simply stick one's head in the sand and say there won't be a placing is very naïve. There are many costs to cover and as some have pointed out Angs aren't currently generating any profit. Hopefully the cash from warrants will be enough to cover the operating costs so GL will be keen to get these converted. I also think that any placing will be done through Aleph and Forum and not through the open market which means they'll end up in sticky hands. GL seems to be well and truly in bed with both major shareholders which I'm not sure is good or bad thing, neither party will want be diluted that I can be sure of.

Jollifunt - nobody can be 100% sure there won't be a placing but since they've just converted 70m share raising 1.2m it's very unlikely. Let's stop playing the idiot.
