To be fair Ehseem has overestimated...its not just under 0.3 its way under at 0.03. Were it a straight director sell it would have an impact as that is still £10m like carol kanes sell, but as we know why this and how its occuring it will not have the same impact.
4.3 million shares is 0.003% of total shares, so I am not sure how this can be called a big dilution. There are 1149m shares issued. I am holding of buying any more for now anyway.
I think you're right. Seems significantly undervalued, maybe its being held back. Seems a no brainer, maybe time to load up and wait for take off and Boom time.
From what I have read he is not a director anymore. He sold them in May. So like any of us free to sell whenever he wants. It's frustrating the sells but business is business and the best time to sell is usually around results as that is when the price is highest for a while..kinda wish I had sold at 2.20 but figured we would keep climbing but having recovered from 1.40 it could not keep on climbing at that rate.
He was not a director hence no need for rns. He sold on 1st of May. So he was an ordinary shareholder by all accounts. Still not great news. I am glad I halved my holdings but still frustrated by the fact that I may be holding a while. Interesting price shown by lse. Did the share crash lol. did Chancers get out after buying a load at 206.
Thank you. I suspect a lot of sideways movement which means it might be best to be out to see other opportunities. Hold if you have a longer term view.
I am here to clean info. I am no expert...do not pretend to be. However you come on here thinking you know it all and back up little of it.
You come across arrogant...can only judge you on your posts.
Anyway do what you like.
