Fair play chilting for calling it right. Not over-joyed with this delay as effects other investment plans.
However, opens up more buying opportunity below the £4 mark which I will be availing of.

* China JV - surely this is going to be confirmed over the next 2 weeks, it's been a long wait
* I am surprised there was no RNS issued ref the Mannesmann MOU

Extract..........
‘The focus of a lot of the investment is green hydrogen, which, it is hoped, will allow big industries such as steelmaking and fertilisers to decarbonise. India produces almost none of it at the moment, although it does consume some 7m tonnes a year of ordinary hydrogen, made using fossil fuels. Investors think it will be a good place to make the green sort, since the process requires a lot of clean power, which India’s solar industry can provide cheaply. India also produces very little natural gas, so there are few lobbyists campaigning against the development of a rival industry. The government has promised to provide incentives to green-hydrogen firms in a detailed policy to be unveiled soon’.
‘It is early days for India’s second green revolution, but the first shots have already been fired. Mr Pandit observes that the West had a hundred-year head start in the conventional automotive industry. It has been a long, hard slog for Indian firms to catch up and compete. In many areas of clean technology, by contrast, India suffers no comparable disadvantage. As a result, he predicts, it will excel: “India will do for hydrogen what China did for batteries.”
We need to get a foothold in this market & is hopefully happening. CWR's Business Head in India is Saad Ashrasf.

Spotted this post on Linkedin - about a week old I think and another nice step forward.............
The 3rd Day of ADIPEC 2022 marks a historic milestone for MMEC Mannesmann LLC as the first Emirati EPC Contractor and Technology Integrator Company from the UAE’s private sector having the pleasure to take part as a solution provider on the World Industry Leaders’ challenges on Energy Production, Energy Transition, and NetZero initiative.
We are extremely proud that we get this opportunity to join hands with world-renowned technology & industrial leaders; AVL Schrick GmbH of Austria, Ceres Power Limited of UK, and UAE’s Emirates Steel Arkan for the first Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Cell (SOEC) based electrolyzer pilot project in the UAE. Under the patronage of the UAE’s Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology | ????? ??????? ???????????? ???????? (MOIAT), the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between MMEC Mannesmann LLC and its strategic partners took place on the 3rd day of ADIPEC 2022 and was witnessed by His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of MOIAT, MD and GCEO of ADNOC Group, Chairman of Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), and the UAE Climate Change Special Envoy, alongside Her Excellency Ms. Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of State for Public Education and Future Technology and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Schools Establishment.
The Abu Dhabi Hydrogen Electrolyzer Programme (ADHEP) MOU signing aims to develop and execute the 5 MW pilot project for the first UAE-built electrolyzer manufacturing and hydrogen production facility using SOEC-based-electrolyzer technology to meet the global growing hydrogen energy demand to sustain the required energy due to the increasing global population, as well as to contribute and add value to UAE’s strong and growing economy.
I’d like to sincerely thank the hardworking people in this strategic partnership, Mr. Dipak Mistry of Ceres Power Limited, Dr. Juergen Rechberger, Mr. Renato Sensi, & Mr. Bert Kehrens of AVL, Mr. Jasem Alkhatri of UAE’s Emirates Steel Arkan especially H.E. Abdulla Alshamsi & Mr. Fadi Shayeq Qayad and the entire MOIAT for their tremendous and never-ending support in making this initiative possible.
Lots happening folks & nice to see the AVL relationship building.

Remember CWR were / are doing Bus trials with Weichai - this is going back a couple of yrs. Now we are on the cusp of doing a MEGA deal with both Weichai & Bosch, but no idea if a percentage of the China made SOFC's will be for bus engines?
A great week this week - more of the same next please.

it would be nice for (I was hoping for) the SP to be around the £4 mark, with a bounce up to £5 upon announcement but this scenario is not looking likely at the moment, but you never know.

to add.........I think we should trust the board (considering the calibre & their record to date). So, they issued a REVISED ETA at the end of September announcing the deal should be signed by the end of this year.
I suggest it's highly, highly unlikely they will miss this target as if they were not fully confidant, they would have moved the goalpost to next year in September's statement.
It will not be announced the week before Christmas, so we should expect something within the next 8 weeks.
Not long folks. A great time for newbies to throw their hat in the ring.
