Anyone who's thinking about voting yes should sell now unless of course you have such a small holding that brokers fees make it less attractive . By all means keep a share so you still have an interest in any possible legal claim which may take in to account the value of your holding at the time the offer was placed
If Flybe the plc is wound up who will support the BOD with any legal challenge after the event will they stand alone. Does their responsibility for their actions end when the company is wound up ?

Just saw this on HL website the last paragraph mentions shareholder action I would strongly suggest a vote would require action
I've heard that a company is planning a corporate action, when will Hargreaves Lansdown contact me about it?
This will vary, but generally will not be until the company has sent out the official documentation to shareholders. Hargreaves Lansdown will not contact clients as a result of press or market speculation.
If a response is needed from our clients we aim to try to give clients at least three weeks notice. However this is dependent upon the company dispatching the official documentation sufficiently in advance of the deadline.
On some occasions where the corporate action does not materially affect your holding, and no action is required by shareholders, no prior notification will be sent and only a confirmation will be sent after the event.
Sent the following Email to Chris Hill at HL
Dear Sir
I wish to register a formal complaint regarding the circumstances which have allowed the BOD of Flybe to divest the business and sell the assets without shareholder approval.
I believe this was allowed to happen due to your failure to notify your clients of a crucial vote which led to the Company listing changing from Premium to Standard. My Shareholders rights were adversely affected as a result of this and as such look to you for redress. Below is an exert from an article which appeared online on thisismoney.co.uk
I now believe after corresponding with Andy Donald at Maitland it looks very much to me that our Brokers are responsible for the lack of communication regarding the vote on listing change. I also found the following from an online article on this is money . I believe it was a quote from someone at Equiniti
It is the job of the nominee company, typically a stockbroker or online platform, to keep your shares safe and ensure that you receive the rights associated with your shareholding as if you were a shareholder appearing on a register.

I use Hargreaves however since replying to their last message and asking them to lodge a formal complaint a couple of days ago I have heard nothing. Thinking I will give them till Monday then fire off an email to their CEO
Just sent an email to Simon Laffin outlining my displeasure and advising my support of any action to be taken by Hoskings , might not do much good but the more pressure applied to him directly the better in my opinion :-
I as a small shareholder in Flybe challenge the decisions made at director level which have led to the cut price sale of Flybe and will be more than willing to stand behind any move by Hoskings to take control and analyse the sale process . I believe this sale was months in the planning and the process by which shareholders were notified of the vote on listing change was seriously flawed , I myself received no notification which I will be taking up with my broker
