if there quoted on the moscow exchange you cannot trade in them even if it was open as its blacklisted . Nobody will buy russian oil even at a discount to brent the same as nobody will buy russian steel or iron ore because even though its not embargoed they worry of are they breaking sanctions that could have dire consequences for them. Its believed the US is going to sanction all products out of russia but that we will have to wait and see

MOSCOW, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Russian steelmaker Evraz plc (EVRE.L) said on Friday it had no plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange despite heightened geopolitical risks following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
"We have no plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange at the moment. We are not considering this option," Nikolay Ivanov, the company's chief financial officer, told reporters.
The company is still considering a secondary listing on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX.MM) and does not rule out that it could take place in 2022, he added.

no company in the west will touch russian steel and 80 percent of EVR comes from there their to frightened to fall foul of sanctions. This will slash EVR profits in the future so it makes sense to hold on to cash and give script but you will be told before the 10th whats happening This is only my opinion one must go with your own

I think it highly unlikely the uk would delist or sanction what is till the 21st a ftse 100 company. Nor do I believe russia would grab assets from it as it not in there interests. EVR is in the process of getting a moscow listing but due to sanctions this will be put on the back burner.I think there is a good possibility the cash dividend may be changed for a script dividend due to future liquidity but all in all I wont say this is a steal at the price but a good high risk stock
Roy alduff of Again capital has just said the allied countries are ready to put a full embargo on Russia including oil and commodities and the market are starting to price this in
Well that's rubbish as the UK and US are sanctioning further companies today and remember the biggest shareholder could be at anytime It's not evr being sanctioned is the problem it's getting there product out of Russia
