It's badly worded. It means the risk of increased viral load ( ie virus numbers) when an anti inflammatory agent (eg 1801 or others including dexamethasone etc) is used as it has no direct antiviral activity. The worry being that suppressing ALL of the immune system might depress the activity of the anti viral parts of it and unhelpfully therefore shield the virus increasing levels .

SP currently hard to understand. Tin at ATHs, very profitable. Much more to come with increased production , Lithium and Tantalum possibly. Dint really understand why BMN sold out now as holding should see further gains.
