The dear old 30k/50k seller is active again today I see - even from the bell. It will be interesting to see whether we can get the follow through buying that is required to beat this. Currently we are still seeing additional selling, presumably from those that bought in the early twenties (but could obviously be others).

A strange way of reporting it. Was this a buy or a sell?

Actually, that RSI is quite interesting. I confess that I haven't looked at it for some time but it seems quite clear on your chart that there has been bullish divergence on the RSI since mid-April with it making a succession of higher lows whilst the share price was making lower lows. Must pay more attention!

I don't read it as that. It says to me that it is a 12 month facility but that draw down has rules.

Exiting AfriTin in a year would be a good thing all round to be honest. BMN continues on its path to being a Vanadium focused entity, ATM removes the legacy of the parent and in 12 months the shares are likely to be pretty buoyant on the back of the production progress before it reaches that stale stage. What will be interesting is who takes BMN's stake.

The terms of the equity placing at 3p are fine so no problems there, although I would expect a bit of a drift towards that figure as is often the case with these things.

Reading the BMN RNS on the loan gave me some concerns that they were having trouble in the market raising debt. This wouldn't be particularly surprising but is not great to hear. The RNS here reads better and probably the more significant aspect is the fact that there is at least one partner who is willing to be supportive should the need arise. That essentially derisks the process so I would expect any drag on the share price as a result of the raise to be short lived, particularly as the timescales for plant commissioning are so short.

All in all you would have to say that this is pretty positive and I look forward to seeing the next stage of commissioning the operations.

Interestingly on Twitter somebody indicated today that there was no borrow so I am not sure that there is going to be much shorting in the near future.

There seems to have been a watershed moment with BMN's share movement RNS but I cannot see a link with the Vanadium price. It would appear to have been a shot across the bows and the message seems to have been received.

I don't know why you bother knuttie considering your core position. Unless it is a bit of fun in which case you should just laugh it off.

Well, I went out for a while when the share price looked like it was disappearing down a black hole and I come back to see it 25% higher! Quite some turnaround.

I had thought that the 100k trades were the 30k sellers upping the ante but I don't think this is the case. They don't appear to be timed to deliberately drop the price whereas the 30k/50k sells are designed to do just that.

Yep. 'They' are certainly not done with this yet.

Good to see a positive start for once. Lets hope that we see some follow through buying that can wipe away the inevitable 30k/50k sells that will be coming (and our dear old 150k seller of course).

It is interesting to look at the short positions on AMG (and, indeed, Largo). They are obviously larger than here, presumably due to liquidity - I make it around 14% which is not insignificant. However, it would not be surprising if the same funds shorting AMG were also shorting here (and Largo) but under the threshold.

We did go from sub-2p to 50p which is pretty spectacular. From the Vametco purchase we went from 8p to 50p which isn't bad either. I don't doubt that we didn't reach valuations commensurate with $100/kg+ Vanadium pricing but that is probably because the rise was so spectacular on the back of a deal that was even more so.

Miners tend to be geared to the price of the commodity they produce (they tend to rise faster and fall faster) so I don't see an inconsistency. I do, however, believe that both are overdone.

Indeed. But if the price starts to rise the consistent timed sells that we have been seeing may well decide that the game is changing. Their decision may come early in such a change.
