@Noob, if successful post spud will be pricey if there is another site to follow, seems to me the MM gap up/down as they see fit..And then there is the trading window 30 minutes before the bell...

@kevinRound, getting in early can get you in trouble too when nothing promised materializes, I was in SYME, lost some money there, luckily made it back(but that would have been profit if not for those loses), had to wait for opportunities elsewhere.. Well the last opportunity was SYME getting pumped, but if it turns good it will fly, but after more than a year of being ready to complete its first transaction(Inventory Monetisation) nothing,,, still people being sucked in..

Its going to be difficult to get out of this one before the results, the buzz will be bigger than that 95% CoS...
So much upside, way better than ADV..especially if multiple drills come in..

I have to buy first though, not sure if that sub 10p was the last, I was out at the time...
The other thing I just tend to buy and hold, in all occasions I would have done better doing a little trading, selling on the those peaks where you thinks wow.. Maybe a base amount to hold, and some funds to trade. Mind you I did that on ADV a little but holding mode kept switching in... But there were some good dips which were worth buying, missed opportunities, should have moved some cash.. I suppose its about changing your traits...
I dont play bandits but watch and sometimes chip in some cash for the pot, so not a gambler..
But I am, the guys would be shocked at the profits I have failed to take because I played til the end..Less than 30s to collect..

@xvoilet, yes but its not green Helium being linked to fossil fuels.. As the demand for fossil fuels drop so will their helium production... Listening to what DM has said, Rukwa alone could supply 10-15% of the worlds demand for the next 100 years, it would be an nice addition to Qatars portfolio.. Coupled to their current helium production, plus the flexibility of He1 helium production to ease or squeeze demand, could give some control over pricing well into the future..
All speculation though...But then He1 could go it alone, or whatever...

@Glib, I thought the rig was upgraded courtesy of MM, upgraded to appraisal drilling capabilities, so no need to source another after the exploration phase...

The country was heavily dependent on oil, that is..

There is a middle east state owned company, which was heavily dependent on oil based production until it moved into gases, DM knows who they are..

But I think they will be the biggest off-taker, after all 50m is not much for a production plant.
ADV just blew 20m on a duster...another 150m was required for production..

Too much production will flood the markets with Helium, so maybe 2 or 3 plants...
3 plants together producing about 1bcf/y would provide 10-15% of the global market

think these are the other 10mm, not exercised yet..

October 2020 be extended to 20 April 2023 with the strike price to remain the same.

Helium One has 64mm options and warrants outstanding at an average exercise price of 16c/sh
We exclude the options and warrants that are significantly out of the money; this leaves 54mm at an average exercise price of 3.6c/sh .If all these options and warrants are exercised it would raise US$2mm and increase the share count by 11%

The options part kinda conflicts with not raising funds for the company in other articles

The main difference between a stock warrant and a stock option is how they originate
Warrants are issued by the company itself whereas stock options are listed on an exchange.
A company can raise capital through issuing warrants, whereas it doesn't make money from the transactions in which stocks are exchanged.

In short terms, a warrant is a right - not an obligation – to subscribe new shares in a company at a specific time (or period) to a price set out beforehand.
A stock option is similar to this, but with the difference what it involves a right to purchase "already issued" shares in a company.

I think those lines a seismic too, you can match some to the infill lines in the presentations..
There are techniques where they take data and create a model representation of the underground mapping using a range of information/data, but dont ask me much about it, they have 3 logs from 3 wells now, all the seismic, lots..
They also have seen something in the Momba area, but I cant find it, well I can but its a county, there is Mamba close to Tai but wrong direction being south, not north so will have to wait and see...could be a typo..

They have also been doing a high resolution 2D line crossing Tai and Itumbula to define shallow targets

They had funding for 3D seismic which was planned for after discovery, other than cost I wonder why not now, they seem focused on Tai

I can confirm that the actual location for TAI-1 is -8.369005, 32.329898, which is slightly different from the coordinates previously released. The rectangular drill pad and track leading to it can be clearly seen on Google Earth.

on Twitter with GE, the location of the highest part of the MSS seep nearest to TAI-1 is at -8.371652 32.325005 , just to the West of a small wood, and about 700m to the SW of the original TAI drill pad. There is an additional separate area of He seepage a few hundred metres further to the SW. Of course a seep may represent leakage, rather than the presence of a trap with a good seal, that will be confirmed by the new high-resolution seismic. I am pretty sure we will be seeing a TAI-3 within a km of TAI-1 & 2

@Daven66, just thought, getting in at your price and holding for 48p during phase 1 would have meant you keeping all your money on the table until after results, ..and you would be back where you are now if you did'nt panic and held.
But a massive winner if it came in....
So a better position than myself as I used the funds in another drill that turned out dry, should have held would be about x2 now...... :)

@Daven66.. Its difficult, if they hit big your ISA will set you up nicely..then you will think only if it was all in my ISA..Your plan looks less risky than mine at the moment..

If they totally fail they have the other two fields and still more Rukwa sites, so not all over..

But if we have say 3 drills, and they stick to it this time, its going to a ride..

If this hits 48p, we will be in the money and before then imo, have you read the risked and derisked values for each of the original sites...for an idea.. I would expect 48p after a discovery, then FOMO will set in...Porky will short circuit...
If we hit 48p last time people would have almost been paying for success at 1 site before it happened.

We wont know the true worth of the well until appraisal drilling has been completed, I have no idea how the price will differentiate between discovery and appraisal..

Last year I de-risked on Tai-1, averaged up until 18p, sold at 23p doubling my investment, left all my profit on the table..
That was a fail but we had 3 other sites in the plan, so price dropped to about 9p I think. Still a good profit..
They announced Tai-2 ""We are delighted to have started drilling activity at Tai-2, testing shallower -*targets*- that were not fully evaluated in Tai-1" . I had put most of my profit back in expecting them to test at least 2 targets..The 2nd had reported free gas.. So expected about 2 weeks of drilling and time to de-risk again, but its the same locations, must be there..., it was over in 1/2 that time... They stopped on the 1st untested target...

Were you in last year, it was just as positive as now..

but clues, probably nothing more than conspiracy, both raised an eyebrow at the time, but thats all..
here noob spotted trading volumes on a financial web page way higher than reported elsewhere, London Stock Ex trade report had an extremely high number of cancelled and amended trades on the same day..
ADV, for some reason issued an interim which would have looked sweeter a few days later with the new asset added for future vision, a few hours later 2x £230k trades 1 second apart.. then not 1 hour but just 10 minutes before the morning bell bad news..

@ryl17, I don't learn unless I have cash either but your in the wild west here,
ADV had a drill that was unimaginable to be a failure, it failed big style, some people lost tens of thousands..
He1, last year the interview just days before result was so rampy it felt like a given, thats part why people bought so high, but it failed..
SYME, thats a real story, promises that are still promises, posters that still pump those promises to newbies..

So protect your money because once its gone, its gone..
The more you believe the harder it is to do..
But if you dont go for it at times, you miss the big ones, but there are other opportunities..
