Under amended Rule 15c2-11, current information about an issuer must be publicly available in order for an issuer’s shares to become quoted initially, and remain quoted

“Expert Market, where stocks are essentially suspended from official trading, for failure to make current information about the company publicly available. "
I believe that no public quote is available, so its trading direct with a broker

Just been looking through the RNS's as the 2D infill seismic announcement must be due soon...

A few of us wondered why they did not use 3D as funds were raised for that following a successful discovery..
Estimated 3D costs were £3.8m to survey over discoveries, so about £1m each assuming the exploration stage was based on 3/4 sites..
In the admission doc a 100-125km 2D infill survey was estimated at about £690,000.....

I hope you picked them up from profits at 15p ;)

There is so much to this, I was looking through the RNS history to try and get a better understanding...
I could ask questions all day, the tricky bit knowing how to ask your question..

@Professional, thanks for the reply its much appreciated, I have learned never to assume anything, especially when possessing little knowledge... Could they issue new shares at a higher price as part of a raise for the next deal and consolidate these?

@DBD, I dont think I have got to green yet, still got my head in the sand by the looks of it..
So when they raised for Buffalo the share issue price was about 2.6p I think, now the sp is about 0.2X. Is the current price a constraint on new shares issued for the next deal ?

@dbd, how do you see the debt+equity working out?
Only if you have time as just out of interest, being green to the situation. and not expecting it to be what will happen,

@SI, thanks for that, added a fair bit of understanding for me..
so if it was all to be based on a raise would that have to be done based on the price of the currently issued shares, or could it be higher and maybe these shares consolidated to bring them inline with the new share issue price..or ?

Seems the price increased while there was something to wait on that advanced progress to finding out what was under the ground..once the fracking permit was given to improve recover-ability (I assume) the drift down started, but lots of difficulties too, 15000ft wells on land, thats deep..

Its said to be about $50m for 1 production plant, then some more for needed infrastructure, roads, power and the like..

Do you know I was reading up on a stock which is touting starting to build production facilities this year, they were saying similar 2 years back(but need to check that)...

the development will be modules built for purpose bolted together on site, brought in as units on the back of trucks.. not so bespoke...??

That was a poster here, remember that tweet about the drilling progress where they kept the previous tweets heading, so people were shouting they have not drilled further...obvious nonsense...but it was an opportunity :)

I got caught recently had some share to sell at a set price, but it started move strongly close to my price, so bought more...it was the peak, still holding.. lol
Then I have sold at my price only for an upward trend to start, and missed out.....
Ftse news seems to be released at opportune moments, negative news held back, not to affect the current flow of good stuff

I have not been lucky enough to need that chart, but do wonder if this will follow those curves especially with the speed this could move into production , and the news flow following discovery...
Assuming positive, discovery, appraisal result, independent reserve valuation for financing(maybe), financing, ...more drill in between...
