Do some dummy sells and buys to check prices, sometimes you will be surprised and get a quote to sell at the price you expect to buy... but sometimes thats because the price is about to increase,,
often seen the spread remain constant for hours, then the ask is increased but the shares carry on trading around the previous mid price..
Other times when the full ask is paid, the price is dropped..
Another to watch is posters saying there a buyers willing to pay higher waiting on level 2, so the price is about to go up, then it does the opposite..

Dont pay too much attention to the buy/sells ratio..its based on the mid price, just an algo so lse can estimate buys to sells, the black are smack on the mid price..

Buzz, you tell that to the guys who bought at sub 10p and sold at 15p

That PDF, is giving a value of £284m assuming commercial production(not defined), a bit misleading talking about IPO and production in the same short paragraph..

@Noob, We think alike, could be Qatar take all the gas, no storage to worry about, produce and truck it, later maybe supply some big customers directly, ..

I recall them aiming to raise +£5m, but no mention of shares to be issued or issue price?

@noob67, been keeping my links in the notes on the watch list, looks like when its full it just dumps whats nearest the bottom instead of refusing anymore.....Plenty of info still valid in them, and they give some history of the project..

People starting out don't necessarily have the funds to trade often so may need to hold for months to make their effort worth while, so getting in at realistic prices helps, having people suggesting prices that are unlikely without news does not help,

Well almost everything, de-rampers getting deleted is annoying as I don't know what they have posted, but so far just baseless prices. Sometimes they are on the money, and can explain why..

Your right if they deliver 30p will be cheap, but at the moment there is no plan for us to see, so we dont know how many prospects are going to be drilled, or size estimates.. last years 11p risked price was based on 3 sites, 25p risked price was based on 4 sites & upgraded CoS, the largest worth 7p.. So 28p was a good price to reach..

Currently surveying in an area north of the original CPR's area which lists/includes most of the 21 prospects/leads, worth a look at, it does show a trend but the seismic data is poor compared to whats being done now, so lots of exploration and news to come.. And I hope its going to be better than expected

March and May, shows the change in unrisked/risked sp, so you can work out likely share price based on size of prospects..
last years plan was Q2/3 discovery(find/gas %) followed by Q3/4 appraisal(how much gas)..

Posters claiming to be buying at near 15p and looking for more funds to buy more..
At 15p the sp was double the closing prices 1st Oct21-31st Dec21, the price doubling is 5/6 trading days...on what?

You should be looking at the bigger picture all the time, this is a speculators stock...

@Turbot, its early days yet, unless the shallow drilling happens, so if you have a good entry price whats to worry about at the moment, as long as nothing really negative surfaces out of the blue..
There is a big upside here, so people will take a punt on this share, other people will buy because people will take a punt..
It will fall when people get impatient waiting for updates, feelings of delays...and fly when fomo kicks in on pure speculation.. If the BB starts deleting negative constructive posts then you need to think about the bigger picture...
Todays drop below 10p, and rise above 11p was a nice opportunity for traders, more than 10% in a morning, some people on the BB will be telling people to hold while they buy and sell all along..
