DM talking about Progressing to Finalizing the Audit, that imo suggests producing the final version of the audit process itself but I think he meant completing the audit process as in passing the inspection..
But unsure as I also expect the audit has to be acceptable to He1 and the owner, especially those tests that are not part of any regs.. I suppose like an MOT where they test emissions but not the condition of the engine..

ART, how long ago did you get that MATD update, I have just been reading Shanghai is nearing normal..
I am more worried about DM supervising the rig mast up/down, I don't think he is qualified and definitely does'nt know when to stop , he just keeps going..The mast will be bouncing off the yard floor..

luckily I did'nt have my account open when DM said they were still working on the Audit list, especially after saying they sent the team beginning of the month.. Good news they got the product specialist to inspect the carrier, but no mention of the substructure and pipe loader...

@Wyn, `I think a lot depends on knowing what to expect, plus the crews experience and ability to deal with the changes in ground in time.. Right rig right crew..

In Kenya the rig was being used for top holing because it had the tooling to deal with hard formations, holes finished by 200HP tower rigs..

With the rig spec DM gave, 100t, 950hp,plus mention of a road test and Epiroc inspecting, then it looks like the guys who highlighted the predator were smack on.... Only 100t mobile rig Atlas offer..

To be fair DM was asked about the licence renewals, obviously this years drills, especially Tai were the targets of that question, but he chose to talk about mining licences in general..
Reading the annual results its seems the licencing body is not the quickest confirming a renewal either
