I think the extra 100m shares were just to allow for flexibility..
They were talking about a rig that required 19 iso containers, the trip to Texas suggested thats were it was located, so a 2 month voyage to Tanzania, and the same to return. Thats 4 months hire without any drilling, a fleet of trucks if you want it all to move on the same day..
