Invictus are keeping the rig,, and have up to 12 months to do what they plan
Warm stacked, means the rig is kind of going into storage, but kept in an operational state, ready to go
So once they are ready they will put the rig back into the field...
Something like that....

Looking at Exalos news updates, I guess a MOU, is followed by signing a contract...
Could be advancing to contract was conditional on Invictus not extending their contract???
Unlike all that legal waffle he1 gave us for the placing we were left out of, we had no details of the MOU...

Thats going to hurt, as it looks like we have lost another rig, and for that to happen then there was no contract..
Looks like that was possibly the reason Exalo never updated their website, with details of the He1 MOU...
I was looking on their website last night, it has news for the Invictus, but not HE1, I put that down to being near Christmas, delayed update..

I guess thats why the raise was at 5p, so a quick flip, as the rig was not confirmed
How many times is that guy going to pull the wool over our eyes.....

Unless it comes to us before returning...we have to wait and see...
Sell off tomorrow then...
But not sure if I want those 5p shares now :) lol
